Following last night’s thrilling home success over Roma, Antonio Conte gathered his troops in Vinovo this morning to work on the battle plan for Tuesday’s second Champions League Group E game against Shakhtar.
With the Ukrainian champions flying high at the top of the table and under the guidance of Mircea Lucescu – who had spells in Italy managing Brescia, Reggiana and Inter - the Bianconeri boss is aware of the need for thorough preparation.
Those involved in Saturday’s 4-1 victory over Roma underwent a warm-down, while the remainder of the group conducted a standard training session.
The UEFA pre-match press conference is set to be held tomorrow from Juventus Center in Vinovo at 2pm (CET). Juventus will undergo their final preparations shortly afterwards.
