On first glance, it shows what a phenomenal record Ronaldo had in serieA, also Sheva and Trez have very good batting averages

Baggio is the leading goal scorer of all the active players and that is excellent for him

Batistuta is 100 games behind but just 4 goals behind while alse special mention to Beppe Signori for his endeavours as he too is almost 100 games behing Baggio but just 11 goals behind

Dp is a very disappointing goal poacher for a player of his calibre

Well i should not have said goal poacher actually but i do feel his injury set him back as he should have had a better average as his earlier promise showed as i do feel his finishing was so much better than it seems to be at the moment

regarding the three highes placed players:
    trez, ronaldo, and sheva
it's not a coincidence that they're all foreigners, it's easier to establish a good scoring average when you arive already as a complete players, whilst homegrown talent have to start many games from the bench and such which draws down their average.

I'm pretty sure I'm just stating the obvious here.

Interesting u mention batting ;) U play cricket?

And notable players with averages worse than Del Piero:
    Del Piero 222 84 0.38

    Kallon 112 31 0.28

    Nedved 170 37 0.22

    Inzaghi S 85 31 0.36

    Muzzi 240 81 0.34

    Totti 227 64 0.28

Ale's consistency has been pretty crap, but if U really look at the stats, the people with the most goals and averages have been old people- Hubner, Signori, Baggio, Batistuta, etc....
