Great return by Nedved and Marchionni
Juventus 4:2 Bari
Great game which was Del Piero's 500th one for Juventus. In the first half, we were unfortunate to concede an early goal, but apart from that goal, Bari did almost nothing. After the goal, we exploded and just attacked, and if it wasn't for the Bari goalkeeper, the lead could've been bigger. Second half was better than the first, with some great actions which resulted in another two goals for us.
Mirante: Nothing much to do, but made some good saves. [6]
Birindelli: Good display from Birindelli. Some good runs down the right flank, and he was also good defensively. [6]
Piccolo: Started from the first minute, and did pretty well, although he had some difficulties in the first half covering Bari striker Santaruvo (or whatever his name is
). Still needs to learn though. [6]
Giannichedda: After coming back from injury, he played as a centre back, and didnt have much to do either. A good performance though. [5.5]
Balzaretti: He is becoming fast one of the key players in the team. Great runs down the left flank, great offensively and defensively. Had some great crosses too. [6.5]
Camoranesi: Good game, although he was a little bit nervous in the first half and made some unneccesary fouls. Nonetheless, he had some great runs down the right wing, and in the middle too. [6]
Zanetti: Didnt have to do much, and most of the game was invisible. [5]
Paro: Great game by one of our best youngsters. Like Zanetti, he didnt have much to do, but made some good tackles, and had some great passes too. [6.5]
Nedved: MOM. Two goals, and he was all over the pitch. Great game by Neddy. Despite his age, he never stopped running. Welcome back Neddy, we missed you. [8]
Del Piero: Two assists and one goal on his 500th game for the club. Congratulations Alex. [7.5]
Trezeguet: Scored the equaliser after the great action. [6]
Marchionni: He is slowly regaining his form. One assist, and he was the part of the Nedved's second goal too. [5.5]

Nice games guys ... Wonderful performance in midfield and forward .. Defense always a problem .. but we gotta give them no one back there is a real starter .. maybe the full backs ...

Nice comebacks from Nedved and Zanetti .. Marchionni and Boji could do better ... they have been away from gaming mode for long ... we can see much better from them ...

a game of positives and negatives, mirante doesnt have the communication with the defence like buffon did and he could have assisted the positioning of our defenders for the corner, but the attacking display was brilliant mainly due to nedved's fine game, hopefully when we get some cb's back and buffon we'll be able to go on another winning streak!
