After a sluggish start, and a fairly quick Triestina goal, our boys put it together, and thrashed a brave Triestina team.

I have to say that even though we managed to secure the game in the first half, once we settled down and played our game in the second half, we looked even better. The passes in the second half came together, the control, everything was there (except a DP goal)

Buffon- gave up a bad rebound early for the goal, but was on his game for the rest of the night

Zebina- his man darted by him to score on the rebound, otherwise he was ok

Boumsong- no glaring mistakes, but is anyone else holding their breath when we are attacked on his side of the field ?? He wont be a starter for us in Serie A, thats for sure

Chellini- he was good...the less I say about a defender, usually the better they were !!

Balza- defensive sound, when attacking he mixes some bad crosses with some absolutely perfect ones...needs more consistency

Camo- he made up for a few mediocre nights...his passing was on, and his dribbling was good

Zanetti- he was handling his midfield duties ok until he was injured, and replaced in the second half

Marchisio- TBH, I didnt really notice too much, be it good or bad. We were playing good football in the second half, and he was part of it

Paro- a mixed bag, but a nice assist on one of Palla's goals

Neddy- never stops running !! He made his way into the center, and was most effective there. Had some nice one two passes with DP

DP- passed the ball around well today, set up Palla for a goal, and was very active....missing only a goal

Palla- MOM !! His first Juventus hat-trick will dominate the press tomorrow, and he deserves it !! His hard work paid off. I dont think he's ready to replace Trez, but its a good start

Boji- he had a nice headed goal from a Neddy cross....he should be given more chances to shine !!

DD- made the right substitutions today, had his men focused for the entire 90 minutes, and made the most out of a team that wasnt afraid to attack us. We cant win every game 5-1, but we can certainly show the class that we had (especially in the second half) more frequently...and I think we have a game coming up with a certain Napoli team that is ready to be crushed !!
:agree: 100%
in a very weird way u have managed to actually give some credit where its due ( haven't seen that from u in a while)

anyway here is little points i wanted to make about the game.

-It was a very good performance by Juve, one of the few games that the team was just a joy to watch. One touch football, interchanging positions, saw the whole lot.

-Chiellini: the first goal was partially his mistake as he lunged in without thinking and he got passed easily. He didn't look very assured in the CB position and the last time he was like that was in the Brescia game.

-Zebina:He played a very good game but still our idiot fans booed him every time he touched the game.Hes been in a very good form whether he played in the center or RB where he always provided extra width.

-paro:Mixed bag like Vinman said a mixed bag but i think he did well overall.Liked how he pushed forward more in the 2nd half.Something i didn't see from him at all this season, i hope we see more of that in the coming games.

-Alex: Played a very good game, shame he couldn't finish some of the chances he got but provided well and his inter passes with palla and many of the midfielders was a joy.

-Palla: the man of the moment.Great game by all standards, finishing, runs, and i as especially i was impressed by his layoffs to the midfielders and to Alex.He also provided a couple of chances two Alex one of them was just gold but Alex couldn't finish them.Hope he builds on that performance.

Chiellini is shit like always.
:rofl2: What the hell are you talking about ?

This is post of the year.. :rofl2:
You are a joke of the century.

Hope Trezeguet is watching this.. Young player who could do this kinda things in previous games, but no Trezeguet has the advantage at descamps
Who would you start in the first 11 when you know you have the best foreign goalscorer in Juve history in your squad ?

Palladino is a look-a-like of Luca Toni... only Palla knows how to handle a ball.
Word.

Froza Juve! I'm out.
Finally.

Secco Defends Zebina And Camoranesi
The two players were jeered all throughout the triumphant Serie B encounter against Triestina on Monday night.

Not even the 5-1 win over Triestina calmed the Juve fans down as they angrily whistled and jeered Jonathan Zebina and Mauro German Camoranesi throughout the entire match, accusing them of being mercenaries.

However, the Director of Sports of the Bianconeri, Alessio Secco, came to the defence of the two players, demanding respecting for both of them.

"It was wrong to accuse these two players of being mercenaries. They accepted to remain in Serie B, they accepted the Juventus project. Others did not and asked to be sold at all costs.

"It's not up to me to say who is a mercenary and who isn't, but Zebina and Camoranesi must be respected."

Camoranesi also scored the all-important equalizing goal against Triestina, which paved the way for an easy Juventus 5-1 win.

Juve hasn;t find the next Del Piero, the next bearer of the legendary no.10 jersey....which worries me a lot..
Boji and Palla are good players but the chances of they become a superstar like DP, it's slim...
it's about the talent & class..

maybe you live in a closet or something, and dont realize or understand that no matter what club, or even what sport you watch, people are going to make comments, both good and bad

Have you ever read an Italian newspaper ?? Do you realize that they give RATINGS of how well a player did ?? Do you realize that when a player does badly, that he will be criticised ??

Dont lose sleep over the fact that I feel that Boumsong doesnt have the talent to be on our team....I think he's a terrible defender, and calling him a bum is the mildest way I can put it !! Yo'll get over it, snoopy-dog

To save snoopy's night from digging up my previous posts from 6 years ago, I will gladly display most of the players/coaches I have criticised...some with original names of affection I have personally come up with. Take a look at my list, and tell me that the criticism isnt justified:

    Paramatti
    Salas
    Birindelli
    Legro
    Trap Crap
    CRAPello
    BUMsong
    DesCHUMPS
    DONEadoni
no one is telling you not to criticize anyone.. do it! I do that too, but in proper way. without calling childish names..
I'm sure most of you here, unlike snoopy, can understand my frustrations with the above player/coaches

and the way I see it...I pay for satellite service to see Juve, I buy their merchandise, and when they come to North America, I attend their games...

This is MY TEAM, and I will voice my opinion...both good and bad, whether you or anyone else likes it or not !!!

Now go back into the closet !!:agree:
you are not the only one that pays money directly or indirectly to Juve.. the time I was in Italy I spent loads of money in Juve store, and I took a train 6 in the morning in the middle of my trip and I was sick then, frm firenze to torino.. Iguess you know how much time it takes..10 hours!! and Paid for the best seat in the stad.. and every year I pay whatever it takes to watch Juve games.. I stay saturday nights at home to watch it live.. I do all these because of my love to the club, I don't ask anything in return.. you are not the only one who loves this club.

why not ???? paladino is not good enough???
No? He has potential but he has absolutelly no similarities to Trezeguet whatsoever, how you can even imagine him being a replacement for Trez is beyond me. He's playing well so far but Palladino has a long way to go to reach Trezeguet, DP's level. Ddon't make yourself more ridiculous than you already are.

u can't say that palladino is better than trez. trez did a lot for us in the past. just because palla scored a hattric he isn't a world class striker. don't forget serie a defence is not that stupid with offside like triestina. so we have to wait and see if palla will succeed against good defenders. don't understand me wrong i like this boy and i'm very happy that he has so much potential. but u never know how a player grows

p.s which me all the best for tomorrow! i'm writting my exams (abitur)

You obviously didn't comprehend my post.. I said he can overtake him, I didn't say he will do it for sure..
