I am not defensive minded Snoop; in fact I miss the days when Juve played free flwoing football under the guidance of Master Lippi, when we had Del Piero, Zidane, Boksic, Amoruso, Vieri, Conte, Jugovic, and Deschamps in our team.

However, given the current circumstances and resources at our disposal, and Ranieri's rendency to be cautious over flamboyant, I doubt your formation will ever come to fruition under his tutelage. We simply don't have the personnel to play in this manner.

nah I didn't mean Ranieri should play like that, I know very well he won't. I was just saying that's my ideal formation. To play with that, we need loads of changes that's certain.

Somehow I agree. But If we look at it having both Marchisio and Sissoko both of them playing tough, fighting for each ball running a lot, defensively we'll be on top obviously, but offensively I'm afraid we are in-need of one of Zanetti/Tiago. Or else we'll see another scenario of Del Piero reversing back to the middle.

Agreed. Although marchisio has some passing capabilities up his sleeve.

I frimly believe Marchisio can develop into a very decent box to box player. He does possess the passing and crossing abilities to succeed in launching long balls into the opposition box as well as exchanging quick passes with our strikers. I am not implying that he can be a fantasista or creative force in our midfield, but in due time he can definitely fill in for Zanetti on a regular basis, but with addedd hustle and harrying abilities. He reads the game very well, and is able to put himself in positions to score goals and assist others.

Guys, a little off-topic here, but I was wondering if anybody could help me out. I usally watch the games at the fanclub, best365 or Prime. For the fixture against Udinese, I have to find another alternative. I often read that MYP2P has decent (the best?) streaming, is that correct? Which program(s) should I download for using that and are they safe? Thanks.

I disagree azzurri7(I can't put a smiley face cuz I'm on my blackberry, but there would be one if I could!)

I think marchisio is doing great, and improving as well as his confidence. Him and momo would be everywhere, a nightmare for udinese as they are both hard workers and ball winners. Marchisio I think is fine going forward, nice goal at the weekend shows his overall effectiveness.

Marchisio has gotten to look much more confident on the ball as well as distribution. We saw him take players on, try to get out of tight situations like zanetti has and he is trying more long balls to open up the defense. I honestly think if we can give him more game like we have been he will keep improving into a great CM. Besides, he has proven to play well consistently the last few games whereas zanetti has only shown a few flashes of his brilliance only here and there.

What I'm saying is, keep the marchisio snowball rolling has he is getting better as each game comes and you can see it in his confidence.

You're spot on. Nothing I disagree with what you said...But I just think that Zanetti can provide more in the attack. He's got a better vision, quality in passing/crossing.

    Buffon
    Grygera - Legrottaglie - Chiellini - Molinaro
    Sissoko - Zanetti - Marchisio
Del Piero - Amauri - Giovinco

Not that it will happen, though.

    ATM Marchisio>>>Zanetti
    For sure
Zanetti needs to find his rythm again fast, because once he has it he becomes one of siere A's most overlooked players, which is good for us.
