Season was officially gone when we drew with Lecce. Nothing can beat that.
it's not about this or that individual result, it's the overall lack of attacking plan, squad depth, solutions by the coach, lack of experience and drive within the squad

it's really turning into a disinterested mess. i'd love to see reactions but they never come. it's a young team and i don't mind mistakes, but the lack of effort and anger is disheartening. we seem to care more than most of them do

I honestly can't even remember when we had a winning streak since January 2024. We lost or had statements during Euromax last months and right now under Motta too.

The way we executed the free kick in the final seconds says everything about this team. They didn't even put the ball into the penalty area, they just passed in a triangle until the final whistle. And only McKennie seemed to be piss off about it.

They should give the armband to Weston. Why does Cockmilkers get it? That dude hasn’t done anything for this club. I demand answers from leadership. @thiagomotta

we played well tbh, we just need a good striker and good CB like bremer. we are unfortunate really
Dusan is bad but we are even worse without the striker. Hopefully it's addressed in the mercato.
Looking at the other teams from supercoppa it might also had some impact on our form.
But anyway, getting another draw is fucking sad.

I feel so good that I missed the match because of driving home from udine. Looks like not watching juventus games really is a therapy and a guarantee that you will have a better day next day. Should do it more times.

That's the frustrating thing. There doesn't seem to be any particular tactic, just pass the ball from side to side. The players look clueless on what to do to turn the game around.

@Alen made a good point in that we played the same way as with Vlahovic, even though Nico is nothing like him. We did the same thing when Weah had to play CF. It is probably one of the most worrying things from Motta in that he either is too stubborn to change his tactics for the players available or has no idea how to. I think even Allegri critics would agree that he was good at changing the tactics based on the players he could use when ones were injured/suspended. The lack of imagination from Motta is a big concern.
Yep it's been the same since the first game. We have no plan B whether we've started with a different XI or brought on subs. The only thing that changes is who is supposed to be where.

I also still remember that time Weah came on for Vlahovic and we were still pinging long balls for him to hold up.

It's only now I'm putting two and two together and realising that not only do we not have a plan B but we don't have a plan A either. Rudderless nonsense. It's already far past time to change the coach. At the least he should be hauled in to explain the poor results and given an ultimatum.
