We're not playing well at all, but the season starts in March for us, as Allegri was saying in his last seasons here. When big teams around Europe are losing left and right, we are doing pretty well, or at least normal for our standards. We already played Napoli and Inter and 29 pts after 11 rounds (7/9 pts in CL) is excellent.
For comparison, these were our results in Italy and CL in the last 8 scudetto winning seasons and this season. Most of the seasons are like the same season being played over and over again. We're doing the same as we did in almost all Conte and Allegri seasons. Except in CL, where we're doing the same as we did under Allegri in most of his seasons. but much better than under Conte.
2011/12 - 25 pts: 7-4-0 (19:7) --- no CL
2012/13 - 28 pts: 9-1-1 (23:8) --- CL 3 pts: 0-3-0 (4:4)
2013/14 - 28 pts: 9-1-1 (23:10) --- CL 2 pts: 0-2-1 (4:5)
2014/15 - 28 pts: 9-1-1 (25:4) --- CL 3 pts: 1-0-2 (2:2)
2015/16 - 15 pts: 4-3-4 (13:10) --- CL 7 pts: 2-1-0 (4:1)
2016/17 - 27 pts: 9-0-2 (23:8) --- CL 7 pts: 2-1-0 (5:0)
2017/18 - 28 pts: 9-1-1 (33:10) --- CL 6 pts: 2-0-1 (4:4)
2018/19 - 31 pts: 10-1-0 (24:8) --- CL 9 pts: 3-0-0 (6:0)
2019/20: 29 pts: 9-2-0 (19:9) --- CL 7 pts: 2-1-0 (7:3)

Calma. We are evolving slowly, becoming one of the best teams in history. Time...

So 3 points even though plenty of chances it appears from the stats to score more than one. Same story as some previous matches so let's hope the floodgates open up and 2/2+ goals becomes the norm.

Crazy how consistent we've been through the years.

How can one be a general director of a serie A team and say this?

“What disappoints and confuses us is that the penalty was not given here, but the one given against Juventus in Lecce was awarded. It was a very similar incident, I don’t see why that was given and this one wasn’t.
“If anything, against Lecce the ball came from further away and he had more time to get out of the way. We’d just like to see some consistency.”

Especially the last sentence is shocking. Exactly because De Ligt had more time to get out of the way, but he didn't, is a reason why that was a penalty and tonight's handball wasn't. That and, of course, the fact that he had his hand next to the body tonight and against Lecce it wasn't close to the body.
I get it that a defeat in a derby requires excuses, but just say that you think you should have had a penalty and don't embarrass yourself showing how you don't know shit about a rule that has been talked about for weeks.

when Baselli should of got a 2nd yellow they should of added another bovine player on the pitch so they could have 12. #BovineRules

This takes up so much energy.
Italians would all age horribly if it wasnt for their Mediterranean diet because this much complaining is bad for you.

Clean sheet against Torino and we could have scored a lot more goals. Team slowly starting to gel now.
Peeked at Live at halftime for much entertainment, & you guys didn't disappoint.

How did you manage to do a 180 within the space of 45 mins?

PI & co also managed to flip flop between defense is key & attack/goals are key already 5-6 times this season. Wonder for how long they'll keep entertaining us with the mindless, comical repetitive drivel & keep digging deeper holes. Two years would be my guess (based on Pjanic, Saponara > Isco, Dybala > del piero, Allegri, Matuidi, Mandzukic, DC, Berna, etc, etc...pretty much everything else they ever parroted about).
