Ok, but where did he play, what are the stats, and does he deserve the starting lineup of the current Juventus in Serie A? I do not think so.

In fairness to Allegri and the coaching team they will have seen him more up close than anyone here, and I trust their judgement. The match result is almost irrelevant, whether we win the scudetto tomorrow or next week makes no difference to me, it's a formality now, I'd sooner rest players for the CL any ways
