so far, it's his and the board's fault.
The last time I checked the players played the football matches and not the board. If we were doing well I'm pretty sure you would have no problems with them right now. You're just looking for something to blame and you've got it completely wrong.

Fine then.
Just to let you know that we will play against samp with a trident of:-
secco gigli
blanc

hope this helps so you can justly critise them when they screw up on the pitch where the game is played.

After cooling off, its time to offer some ate assessment:

Buffon; was great once again, he was there when we needed him at the last minutes.
He only had to make a couple of interventions, but they world class!

Molinaro; i ve wasted enough posts on this bad joke...

Legro: Seemed suffering at times, or just frustrated? Anyway, he was decent, esp at clearing airballs...

Chielini was my MoM, he was everywhere doing everything, actively supporting our offensive efforts, trying to finish them as well and always present to rap up everything in front of our goal. Considering the analogies, i would call it a heroic performance out there and an example to all!

Grygera: He wasnt our worst player on the pit, i m not sure why he was subbed, was he injured or just not active as he was supposed to?

Caceres was far more dynamic, and far better than his previous try outs.
Still shaky and unstable though, def a liability vs a serious team.

DC i had some expectations by him, i wont be sad if i see him getting loaned anymore...

Poulsen; this guy has proved again he is good for nothing!
He cant defend, or dribble through opposition. He is just a filler, a squad player.
Despite the lack of skill though, he did relatively well today though, IMO.
Esp with his passing and crosses from the right!

Camo has still has his attitude issues, he is such a great tool though, he is worthy of the risk using him.

Melo did the quiet job at look up for Poulsens mistakes.
I ve counted at least 3 times Poulsen lost the ball and Melo made up for him.
He was the only real DM we had out there.
I dont think that such a situation fits his characteristics the best.

Diego, he only comes second to Chiellini in my eyes, he tried a lot, but he seemed so lonely out there. It was like him playing against everyone.
There are some tactical roles we need to reconsider...

Treze, he is slowly but steadily fitting in. He wasnt the known ghost we were seeing lately. I think that he misses DP's support more than everyone.
I cant believe we had Amauri, Diego, DC, Camo and Poulsen to create for him and he still had no decent service.

Amauri he was selfish and overconfident, he is not a finisher, but he has found the way to give us the victory by scoring that goal.

I dont know if I can add too much to what Cronios said, but I will say that this team is GOD AWFUL, and that Siena looked like the true Bianconeri out there today. Since we returned to Serie A, this last month is by far the worst I've seen us play :frown:

I dont know what formation we were supposed to be using, but I noticed that Diego, who complained a few weeks back that his position on the team wasnt letting him play far enough forward, was playing most of his football damn near the centerline for most of the day....hardly effective if you expect him to get the ball to our forwards and score some himself.

Trez spent alot of the afternoon far away from the box, where he is the MOST effective. What is the point of having your "fox in the box" 20 yards outside the area ?? Much of the same could be said for Amauri as well

We have no offensive ideas, and our defense will be torn to pieces by any decent team. This is the worst time that this could happen, as we are running some real risks in not making it out of the CL group stage, and pissing away any chance of a scudetto win

Buffon was solid

Grygera was bad, but not awful

Legro was ok, but Canna is the better choice

Chellini was a rock, my MOTM

MULEinaro should be shot, plain and simple. He makes Grosso look like the worlds best LB

POORsen was awful as well...cant pass or do much else out there, and is paid large for nothing

Melo was fair, but I expect more

Diego was playing more as a deep-lying middle ala Pirlo, then he was a trequartista. He isnt earning his money yet

De Ceglie aka Aston Kutcher has Punk'ed everyone into thinking he's a football player, but I'm not fooled. Like POORsen, he cant pass or give a decent cross

Trez spent most of the match 20 yards from the box, helping the midfield. He belongs in the box, and anyone who has a sliver of football knowledge would understand that....except of course our coach

Amauri was away from the box far too long to be effective as well

Caceres performance was an improvement

Camo was ok, but has to control his temper

Ferrara should resign NOW !!! When your team plays like they never train together, and have no ideas of gameplan or tactics then the coach has to be blamed

Our management, including the head frog in charge, have as much football experience as my 4 year old daughter....this is becoming a fucking nightmare....and its only going to get worse :sergio:

Vinman, Trez has to spend so much time away from box because he's not getting any service because Diego is playing so deep, because our full backs and three in midfield aren't getting the ball to him when he's further forward.

Dropping our best player isn't really taking us on a path to success.
I wasn't suggesting to drop Diego. I said that if our players play better in flat lines then the 4-3-3 is the option but it will be at the price of benching Diego. Which is something even more ridiculous.

It seems we're again in our old selves "waiting for Godot"

He's capable of running and getting the ball into the box, and that is just what he did. Like I said, based on my expectations on the player.
