I think that was quite obvious after our 2-0 loss to Palermo, our complete inability to compete with them all game.

If not then, then maybe it was after our 3-2 loss to Napoli following the 2-0 lead at home.

If not then, maybe it was our CL performances and inability against such rubbish teams as Maccabi Haifa and our self-destruction against Bayern at home.

If not then, maybe it was obvious when we lost 3-0 to Milan at home.

If not then, then it was surely obvious when we drew 3-3 with Siena after leading 3-0 at fkn home!

Maybe not even then, maybe it was crystal clear when, like a a Sunday Amateur park football team, we capitulated against a nothing side ravaged with injuries like Fulham 4-1.

Today's result was no surprise, it was a foregone conclusion, a long looong time ago.
cant help but say they should make a soap opera show of our dismal season

never in my life has watching football been so stressful

they should start handing out anti depressants or pain killers to fans that dare attend our home games..like if ur not gona do shit at least think bout how to make this mess easier for the fans to take

So what's the solution, fielding yet another DM? Sure Marchisio gets sucked out wide, but what about Poulsen and Sissoko? They still shift centrally. So I don't see that being a valid excuse.

And again, every player on the pitch has to complete passes at this level. Saying that it's not Sissoko's job to make passes is like saying it's not Buffon's duty to save penalties. Midfielders have to be able to pass the ball as the play goes through them. So sorry buddy, but that's an inane statement to make.
Sissoko gets shifted out wide as well imo. Long term solution is get better defenders so our midfielders don't have to cover. Short term, its a bit more complicated. Changing the system would be ideal where we have both Melo and Mommo infront of the defense but if we don't have the adequate attacking wingers then we will be stuck with the same problem. I would go for that but I'm just saying its not as simple as everyone explains it.

On the other hand, I think you missed my point here mate. Sissoko didn't forget how to make the simple passes that he always did (just a few weeks back he had a good game against the Viola). If he could do that then there are no issues imo because we need him to retrieve the ball and provide the simple passes. That is his main job anything more is a bonus. I guess it all depends on your definition of complete passes. Just like its not Gigi's job to save penalties, its a bonus if he does. The responsibility is mostly on the kick taker rather than the keeper.

What I saw happening in the past games with sissoko is that we are asking him to make the difficult passes ( remember I didn't see the Samp game, just talking about the previous games), so the guy will naturally make mistakes because its not his strong point.

I went to sleep after the first half. I woke up 2 hours later, checked the score, and went to sleep without any surprise of emotions whatsoever. :sergio:
I was just going to say.

I have never fell asleep during a Juve game and today was the first time. It was one of the most boring games I have ever seen. There was no creativity in there play. The ball movement was horrible off the ball the players were lazy and worst of all no one really seemed o want to score. Horrible.

I know Chiementi completely screwed up but looking at the highlights he made some really great saves. We probably should have drawn this game 0-0 but there was never any chance we would have won this.

I feel exactly the same way about Momo...I used to adore seeing him play. Having such a true zulu warrior in our ranks. But he has gone bad, and definitely worsened his passing game hugely, since been with us. I also agree with you, teeth, unsurprisingly in your condemnation of Zacheroni. We seemed to improve in spirit, as teams often do when a manager leaves and is replaced, after a very poor run of form, but in this last week, we have gone back to EXACTLY where we were under Ciro. Clueless and constantly begging for humilation...
Momo was n still a worrior, maybe his form is a bit worse but u can't sell him just for this reason.REMEMBER del piero in da season 99/00 when he scored only 9 goals of which 8 were PKs,probably that was alex's worst season ever but MOGGI didnt sell him cause he is a human n every one of us has UPs n DOWNs.The same thing 4 momo inside him there is a true juventino hero.

KEEP IN MIND THAT momo is a hardworker DMC in terms of movment in da midfield n keeping pressure on the ball holders and that is an advantage.BUT when he plays wid poor defenders like ours his movment increases to cover more weakness of defence more of dashes in the back and more mistakes and his hard work turns to be disadvantageous.

If it wasn't for Chimenti, we would have lost 3-0, so grow up.
Any keeper should have made the majority of saves he made. It is a fact that if Chimenti was any good then he would of saved a 40 yard shot, so I dont see how he can't take part of the blame of the loss. Having said that, alot of other players have to take some blame. Hopefully the team bonding session in Ritiro will prove a positive move and we will come back fighting (without punching tables like Chimenti!)
