I think hes letting Palladino start because of his splendid performance against Inter, and I cant really argue with that. Im also in favor of a more attacking approach, but you have to consider that most teams will start very defensive against Juve, if you push the offense too much you will create alot of counter attacks, which is exactly what these teams are set on.

I am sure that Tiago will be in the starting XI soon, but considering his attitude towards his own form and the team/coach I'm not even sure whether I want him as such an important part of the team.

LIVE thread was closed already so I posted this here...
Even in Tiago's so called best perforamance against Empoli, I really didn't see how he could handle the midfield. He just seems so out of gear, sure he's got that deadly pass that Zanetti and Nocerino don't, but he's not doing it consistantly enough yet and he's not doing the other things enough.
He loses the ball too much and doesn't properly cover the midfield positions that well. I could say the same about Elmiron, but he's got better ball control than Tiago.

I don't care if it ironic. They didn't like it and I don't too. The penalty was a joke, clear dive. The refs on my Pro Evo game would have realised that. Oh but wait, penalty. And then a disallowed goal. We got punished so lets get someone else in the shit. This has cost us 2 points. We shouldn't concede goals to Parma but we did, because we have the worst centre mid in the team called Nocerino, and no Tiago. Iaquinta should also start games more often. In place of Del Piero, or Trez I don't care which but he is on form and will help us score goals. Palladino has heart. He should be starting in place of Nedved who should be rested for some games now after the embarrassment of being outpaced by Figo.

4-4-2 works. 4-3-3 works. We just have to play vital players in our team. And believe me, it will be tough next game when we don't have Chiellini. Boumsong might start.

FORZA BIANCONERI!

I don't know really .. the ref was really controversial .. maybe he disallowed the goal cause he felt guilty about Colly's red !! which is not right by any means .. and it led to juve's winner ..
any 2nd thoughts on a decision shudnt influence a later decision. end of a refs instinct should be one of 110% certainty

What a crazy match !!!
I should be satisfied for the comeback but i can't. I'm still furious at the wat the whole team and especially the defense played until the last 15 minutes.

I think Iaquinta pushed the defender from behind with both hands. That's why he got to the ball first and that's why it was disallowed. I could be wrong though.
90'+4 Replays show that Iaquinta did foul his marker, but it was a soft one, and we have seen those not given. Ranieri will have something to say about that.

here's my two cents:

we played crap for the first 75mins, it's like we were asleep for most of the game.

very good performance on the last 15mins, but it's kinda too late and the tension was running high by then

i think we should play iaquinta-trezeguet partnership more, iaquinta seem to be able to do more than alex and he's faster and better in the air too!

tiago should really start from now on, he's been playing very good lately. tiago and camoranesi were examples of players with very good technique that we should put in the starting line up more often. you could see very clearly that those two were above the rest of the midfield in passing, creativity, vision and class. all two goals in our comeback started from tiago. he's a good player with good playmaking abilities, not to mention he's good in taking freekicks (way better than alex in this game i must say)

collina shud rub his baldy head and come up with a way to revamp those refs because this is becomming a joke, a ridiculous penalty call, was far too card happy especially towards the end and a disallowed goal for which i fail to see. superb fight but we have to take responsibility in that parma shudnt of been able to get into the game. at least fiorentina lost finally and 1 point is better than 0
The referee was mental  , as you stated before man

A false penalty, an undeserved red card and a disallowed penalty, should nt make us forget, that we had a terrible game, we were really awful and we must improve in every department. Our game plan, personal technique, overall teamwork, determination and concentration levels, still need a lot of work.
We are lucky that our direct adversaries are not in a much better shape than us,
otherwise CL spots would be long gone...

This correcting mistakes by making more blatant mistakes approach should be really eradicated from referees heads.

:agree: .. but what can you do ? Not everything that "Should" be happening is actually happening, is it now ?

Judging by Milan's last performances Chiellini won't be that missed. All we have to do is stick Zanetti/Nocerino to Kaka and that's about it.
