Lippi also substituted Del Piero in the 60th minute in some matches

All I saw from Del Piero today was some classy ball handling

And again, HOW CAN CAPELLO LET ZLATAN SHOOT FREEKICKS?!?!?! I can say honestly, Even I am better than Zlatan on freekicks...

Agreed. I can't really understand how is Zlatan taking free kicks. We have better FK takers than Zlatan.

Here is all you need to know people:
We already know it all.

1. Montero is a joke. We are pretty much garunteed a goal against when this inept defender is on the pitch. Why don't people retire when they are no longer able to play?
A lot of people tend to forget that saying about retiring when the ovation is loudest. If Montero had left Juve for a Qatari club 2 years ago, we'd still be having orgasms over Mr. Tough

2. Del Piero is a joke. Four games and counting now, and the best thing Alex has done is block a Gilardino free kick. Sorry folks, but if we want to win anything this year, Del Piero must be out of the picture.
I couldn't agree more.

3. We need three new players during January, period. With the team we have now, we will not win anything this year.
We can all see that. We need 2 offensive players preferably Aimar and Cassano, and one defensive midfielder. I am biased towards Obodo, but maybe that's because he's my compatriot

God damnit where is Vinman.
Still cooling his heels in prison.

I'm starting to think that Capello came to Juventus just in order to **** up Del Pieros career...
Seems that nobody else in club, than Mr.C, have balls to but Alex where he`s place is(at the moment)-on the bench...
It hurts to say it, but...

Stop saying Del Piero must be outta the picture u dum ass fools he has a better goal average than Zlatan...I'm giving up on all that shit
Is that the only arguement you have? You must not have seen many Juventus matches. That's quite alright, not your fault.

I wish more players would leave when they have something good to remember from the final season and not have to endur embarrasment and harsh treatment from fans and pundits.

We need a replacement for Del Piero, no question. We also need a natural playmaker, because this side has no idea how to control the pace of the match.

I'm looking now at Rai Uno and Juventus was so much better...
BTW I see Del Piero doing some good things upfront, and I can't understand why he is beeing subbed he was playing good and then when Zalayeta came in, I haven't seen him doing any shit...

I read that everyone is talking against Del Piero but we were so much better in attack when Del Piero was playing.
Please all of you fuuck off Del Piero was playing better and he souldn't be subbed, YES I'M A BIG FAN OF HIM but I'm also dissapointed how he was playing last season and some of this games, but in the game against Parma he played fairly good.
Considerable I would say, better then Zalayeta imo...

But I also agree that we suck most of the time.
We don't have the ball much in our feets.
If you see Milan playing, they are such a great team, they control almost all of the games they have played, Kakà is good, Crespo is improving, Shevchenko is good, Gatuso is good, the whole team is good.
When you look at Juventus, they are also good ! All of them (except Montero & co) but what we miss is teamWORK !
I see Capello leave next season if we keep playing like this, but it is HIS responsebility to take this problem serious, and do something about it...

We are entitled to our own opinions my friend. They might be harsh, but to me they reflect reality.

Yes, we all know Del Piero is better than Zalayeta historically. However, in this match Del Piero looked rather hopeless, and Capello must substitute the players who are not performing. Yes, Del Piero might have done more than Zalayeta. But when you put things into context, both players were very disapointing.

Yeah and some, like Andy, think they're better than 80% of Italy's football analysts...SHAME ON U
Shame on me for giving my own opinion. What has become of this forum? Unless you can conjure up some sort of arguement against my claims, there is no use in even responding to you. I am very used to people giving personal attacks to me now because thats all they can do. :D

See Andy, I do not know you so I cannot have anything personal against you. I'm just saying it is shameful to treat Del Piero this way, how can he rise again if he is not given a full chance? How can you dare to say Juve won't win anything with him being played in? It just seems you're the one to have personal grievance or hatred towards Alessandro Del Piero...So please stop fooling around over all this!

Andy, I give you 3 things I've seen :
1st - Del Piero made a 'action' and struggled between 3 players and then gave the ball to a teammate.
2nd - Del Piero had a dangerous freekick
3rd - I think it was Nedved, made a action, played to Del Piero, Del Piero quickly hits the ball trough the air to Ibrahimovic and Ibrahimovic hits the ball but unfortunatly he kicked it over Frey and the goal.
4th - Del Piero was constantly moving, everytime - even if he knew that the ball wouldn't be passed to him, he was moving.
Making it hard for the defence, and easier for his teammates.
5th - Del Piero headed the ball, but it came of the players arm witch the ref. wouldn't belive him - bla bla :).

Now Zalayeta :
1st - A header to Nedved who shot from close range but Frey punched the ball away or the ball came on the post can't remember tough.
2nd - After the chance of Nedved, Zalayeta could shoot at goal, but when he got the ball, he slipped.

What do you want more?
Del Piero played not the best he has ever played, but he played good. If Capello would leave him on the field, we would be still attacking upfront and creating something.

When Del Piero was on the field, we got the chances, and when I saw Del Piero leaving the field, you saw Parma easely coming into the game, some small chances and then the fuucking mistake of the most terrible defender of Season 2003/2004 - 2004/2005 of the whole world, and we actualy LOST the game, altough we got 1 point.

Here is my default response to people who say I have something personal against Del Piero:

No, I have nothing personal against Del Piero. He has been one of the my favorite players of all time. The first Juve jersey I bought has his name on it. I have said multiple times that I do not hate Del Piero, but it bothers me to see people praise Del Piero, then throw out harsh criticism at Ibrahimovic, even though the latter has played better so far. I criticise Del Piero harshly because it seems like I am one of the few that want a replacement for him because he can no longer help the team as he used to. In my love for the club, I want the best for Juve, and that includes calling for replacements that can give more to the club. Making harsh statements also calls people to argue back with me, which in turn gives people something to post about. However, I stick by my arguement that we must find a replacement for Del Piero.

Romano: Your list is a very good description, for an average Serie A striker. Like I have said time and time again, we need a striker that can actually get the job done for us, and perform when the "going gets tough."

1:1 against Parma i am really sad! I was hoping for improvement over the winter break, after the disappointing Miland and Bologna matches!

but still nothing is lost we have so many games this season, but one thing is for sure if we want to win titles this season we have to improve!

Hmmm and who are you looking at?
I don't think that Nonda can get the job done....
We need a good player, not a talented one, a player about 24/25 and that is playing like a veteran.
Ibrahimovic was a good one, Treze is very good, but he is injured.
Zalayeta sould leave (I think) and not Nonda but someone better.
A player like Milan's Kaká.
Dunno anything else... Yes we must give Del Piero another season to show who he truly is, but after this season if he keeps playing bad, I'm sure that we can't preform better next season (with him)

O yeah I just forgot one player...
Davide Chuimiento is someone that can replace Del Piero...
He costs nothing and is better then Nonda (IMO) or maybe Benjamin who is also good...
