You know, one of the things I love about this season's squad is that even when we suck (like we have this far this half), we're still pretty damn good. :D

I don't get the logic here. Is it because he should do a better job of getting open and being spotted upfield by his teammates? Is that entirely his fault? :confused2

He does. Often this situation happens because Trez might be drawing double coverage, opening opportunities for the rest of the squad ... like Mutu. Then defenses adjust due to losing goals elsewhere, and that's when he shows up to take advantage of things.

A players worth also lies in what they do when they haven't got the ball. Mutu is superb when in possession, but almost worthless when he isn't.
