MDS is shit at everything tho so why not leave on cancelo who can actually attack. No must be all boring robots that defend and do nothing else for master max.
But we won the game and I'm really not convinced we wouldn't have conceded with Cancelo left out there. He's a sitting duck in that situation even without the card.

I don't think it really mattered if it was MDS or someone else, the defensive change is not the disaster it's being made out. Now everything Allegri does that is defensive has become a stick to beat him with and push an agenda.

I cannot understand all the commentators in my country - Yeah you could argue Napoli`s style appeal to others more than our style but to say Napoli have been the better side...
Napoli controlled the ball and tried fast moves but we blocked them every time except for Zielinski`s shot which was a Bonucci error IMO..
We played very good on a tactical level and deservedly lead 2-0 at the break - Then the Pjanic handball from then it was only Napoli
Anyway I expect us to play even better than the first half against Atletico and if we play like our first half against Atletico we might be able to do it IMO.

I'm a huge Cancelo fan and want him to start every match (I think today he showed exactly why he should be), but 2-1 up with 10 v 10, with the crowd suddenly on your back, Napoli with their tails up and Juve sitting deep is not the time that you want a yellow carded Cancelo.

I think Allegri made the right move with MDS.

Yes Rocchi deserves the flack for an idiotic decision to give a penalty and ignore Koulibaly’s challenge.
Greater responsibility should lie with the tool in the VAR box who actually asks him to review and watch a ridiculous freeze frame.
Fabian Ruiz who actually struck the ball didn’t even appeal and went over to take the corner immediately.
To cap it off, he booked Alex Sandro. Madness.

Every coach in this pathetic league should just spend their training sessions teaching their players to whack the ball towards the opponents arm and appeal for penalties. The game’s gone...

It really has, we've had quite a few of those given against us this season, I thought the point in VAR was 'clear and obvious errors'

It seems they are just picking out the most ridiculous things, even more so when it's against Juve. We've had hardly any decisions go in our favour from the VAR booth

:agree: Been waiting for coaching staff to practice this for years now.

We have gotten a few. The penalty we got vs Sampdoria was incredibly soft for example.
