I think it's decided on goal diff now. Used to be head-to-head, which Juve would win vs Napoli this year, but they changed it to goal diff last year ... just not too sure if the change was a permanent one or only because of the Euros.

obviously the media and Mazzarri say Chiello should of been red carded for pulling Cavani's hair and a clear penalty(according to ex ref Cesari) on Pandev.

The draw is a bit disappointing but we had no forwards to finish it off. 1-1 is good for us, for them it's not that good really.

We have our full team back now so we should be able to collect points consistently just like we did in the first round. I just hope Conte rotates players more now so we can keep up tempo.

i thought peluso had a way above average game today. he had some very nice tackles and hustled well against maggio on that flank. on top of that he was always willing to drive forward and cross.

This is probably the main complaint I have against Asamoah, it is one thing a ball gets cleared after a cross and another to get it stolen from your feet before even trying anything with it.

My mistake, it is head-to-head, sorry. Goal difference is used in case head-to-head is the same.

"Since 2005–06, if two or more teams end the season with the same number of points, the ordering is determined by their head-to-head records. In case two or more teams have same total points and same head-to-head records, goal difference becomes the secondary deciding factor."

i don´t even remember an incident with pandev?! tbh i don´t remember pandev at all
