As oilkiller's remarks stem from my earlier post I will elaborate on my Trez - Zlatan startup preference. Stu am not a fan of long, high balls so I do not wish to see us play like that. DP is always a target for roughening up by most of our opponents and with good reason too. He is skillful & is willing to take on the opponents & lately he's doing it great. But 90 minutes for him on the pitch seems like wee too much judging by his last 2 games. I saw the strain on his body. It is not necessary to get too many crosses when Trez & Zlatan start as they can keep the ball down & do some good movements too. Trez has been good with give & go tactics combining well with the mid & we all know he is our goal getter. Zlatan is robust & will cause the Milan defence a lot of problems due to his style of play. After 45 minutes with Zlatan am sure a change of tactic to suit DP will yield a higher chance of success.
Juventus vs Milan:
some points IMO:
1- Kaka could make trouble for us.If Emo & Pat vieira got too many fouls on him. He is their most
Dangrous spot and he'll decide milan's fate.
2- Wish Abbiati Makes no mistakes like he did against bayern.
3- I think mutu can make his effect if he got some spaces. Maybe in second Half.
4- In our side, Zlatan & Vieira can make differences. Can't wait to see gattuso against Vieira.
5- Finally, we miss buffon too much.
After all: Best moment to beat milan. Come one boys! make history.

The problem as far as I can tell is that when we play with Ibra and Trez capello wants them both to be high up in the pitch witch tender to make a big gap between attack and defense. This is the main reason why we se all these long balls, lack of options.
Playing like that we get the worst from both players. Ibra is not at his best up front. He plays much better having a lot of ball contact. And Trez is not good at give and go… Sry Ali but there we disagree. So let Trez be alone up front, take Ibra down the pitch and get our wings up higher and wider.
What took you so long??? I want at least 20 bucks in interest.

We seem to play long balls when Veira is out. If he is fit there is a lot of penetrating runs from him through the mid. And just picture Mutu being given the licence to run in the middle. He will draw a couple of mids or defenders thereby freeing both Trez & Ibra. I like your idea for Trez to be lone striker & Ibra to play behind him.
The Trez you seem to remember is the one who had to get back to the midfield & try a give & go ..... With our mid reinforcements Trez is doing some great give & go's at an advanced stage on the pitch.
I had to divert some funds from my most important project & this needed a lot of convincing
