Cafu tend to be to offensive, and therefor should Zlatan get the space he requires to the right. Del Piero is given, I'd like to see him in a free role in this game. I don't dare to trust Chiellini vs Kaká , Vieri and Gilardino, so I go with zambrotta on the left and Blasi on the right and let Camo and Del Piero handle the crosses from that flank.

Kaka will rape Chiellini....If Chiellini was set to start the game.

I think considering Milan's defensive problems, we should go about this game in the usual counterattacking strtegy. Not Defensive but look to launch quick counter attacks.
Milan may be without Nesta so the oldies will take care of defense.
And countrary to the belief that Strength will be decisive,due to Milan's old defense I think quickness and speed will be Milan's Achilles this time around. And for this we need either Mutu or Del Piero upfront.

Id be satisfied to start with Ibra -Trez and put in Mutu or Del Piero in the second half.

Although my gut prefers me a Mutu - Trez combination upfront.

Whether we get a win or a loss will be heavily determined on Vieira's presence in the starting eleven. I just can't imagine us doing so well with Giannicheda in the middle.

Midfield? instead of Giannicheda. I think Neddy is energetic enough to play the midfield alongside Emerson.

Physical does not necessarily mean aerial. And yes DP's game is more inclined on skill than strength. Chances are that he will get fouled 10 times in 5 minutes & I can guarantee you that once that happens DP will be out of the game. So my suggestion would be to let Trez & Zlatan hustle the Milan defence for the first 45 minutes & get DP on to terrorise them in the 2nd half.

Neddy for Giannicheda? Hmmm ... Neddy was very active the previous game but I think he cannot do the 'dirty' work especially if Emerson is given an advanced role like the Samp game. This will leave us exposed to Kaka's marauding runs.

well i would like to see milan lose the game even as i know that it is not that easy.milan too as everything working for tjem,they are really doing well .my greatest fear is kaka,he is in good shape and form aznd on his day could tear our defence into shreds.
so what do we do to curtail this guy.we need a midfield that is physically built and that can disturb kaka and pirlo.in front we have the players that will make milan suffer.i would prefer if fit for the game zlatan and trezegoal in them we have the best strike force in italy.as for piero it will be better if he comes in the 2nd half when the milan defence would have ran 90mins and so tired to hold is marvellous skills and passes we are definitely going to be coming home with points be it 3points or 1.
