no, Vidal was still in play, covering a potential offside on Muntari:

Juve also got a a goal disallowed but Milan going 2-0 up would have given a very different complexion of the game and most likely decided it in their favor - very poor decision by the linesman who clearly had a very good view of the situation and didn't look that diff to judge anyway. Also the ref seemed to point to the circle as if he called the goal but seems to me he was mislead by the linesman and changed his mind.

Anyways, with all the absences of key players for Milan, a draw is not a bad result for Milan even if a win would have been sweeter even if not decisive at all. Everything will be decided in the games that are left to be played.

I'm not sure that Conte deploys 4-3-3, if we know conte, he always goes for the safer option (3-5-2) in these games ...
And after watching milan against odinese and seeing how they countered their 3-5-2, robinho and al sharaawy exploiting the wide spaces at their back with their pace, when odine was attacking, i think they might've found a way out of it.
I have a real bad feeling about using 3-5-2 against them.
I think using 4-3-3 putting pressure on them up high, forcing them to sit back would work better.

not sure what you mean by red cards? how many did Conte see this time around? :D

I see from comments that Mexes deserved a RC for a hit on Boriello but I missed that moment of the game ... but based on what others are saying, even Milan fans, should have been a RC.
Still, while Juve also got a goal disallowed, the main mistake that turned that game around was not allowing Muntari's perfectly good goal - as much as it may be inconvenient for you guys to admit it - Conte did in the end, it seems :) - that was the key moment in the game and could have well meant game over at HT. at 2-0 up Juve would have been more impatient looking for a goal and opening up more for the counter, while Milan would have had a cussion to cover for potential mistakes, which is what lead to the Matri goal too ... would have been a very different game altogether, imo.

All in all, however, I am not too unhappy with a draw - too bad the refs were so poor, for both sides really and that ruined the game. Milan needed to avoid a loss at all costs and think they played a very good game, especially considering the number of missing players and how tired the ones we had became after the 75th min.

I'm not denieing that if Muntari's goal had have gone in anything could have happened, we might have even changed to 4-3-3 earlier and had more time to win with you just don't know, as to referring to the cards, Van Bommel's knee on Vidal and Mexes' punch on Borrielo
