I don't care what formation we play, how defensive we play or how boring we are. All I care from this lost season is to qualify for the CL. If boring, defensive, 5 defender formation can bring me that, I'm satisfied.
As fo Zacs line-up it's not as defensive as some of you are thinking, both Caceres and De Ceglie are very good attackers who can create chances Sissoko (when he returns) and Melo will anchor the defense and play more in their half while Caceres and De Ceglie join the attack with Diego, Del Piero (I wish it was Giovinco) and the clown we have upfront calling himself a striker.
Ya but you can't go into a match planning to win 1-0 with keeping a clean sheet as your main strategy. I would love to see a defensively unbreakable Juve but we can't rely completely on not conceding, we need more goals.
DP's current form never will be good enough to be on field all 90 minutes.
So let DP sit on bench and come is as a sub near the end of game when game speed well be lower.
I think what Zacch is trying to do is to push Diego further up the pitch by adding crowd in the middle which might turn out good but I am still sceptical about the three at the back.
