That was completely unnecessary in my opinion. Nobody bashes delpiero. We criticise players when they deserve it, and praise them equally. You should know that and stop with the attitude all the time.

let me try to rate this time (my 1st time)
buffon (8) - did very great in such a condition, missed only a punch
pessotto (6.5) - the foul which he got a yellow was ugly, attempt to score a screamer from 35 yard
thuram (6.5) - a but disappointing, should have done better, did some brillant tackle though
canna (8.5) - very great, no mistake at all, i like the way he stole the ball from behind n through both legs haha
zambrotta (6) - this is not the zambo we used to know, IMO, he didnt play one good match this season, i expect a lot from him
emo (9) - dominated the pitch for the whole match, solid giant, my man of the match
appiah (6.5) - did ok in the first pitch, hard working but i aint a big fan of him, better than i expected
camoranesi (7.5) - always tryin to dribble and somehow lose the balls, but i think he is very hard workin, there r so many times i see him goin back on defense, he should deserve more credit
olivera (7.5) - OMG, he is awesome, did some very good passes n runs in the first haf, second haf is a bit -___-'' he will improve n turn into a super star eventually
ibrahimovic (7) - very good skills to protect the ball, a brillant assist to dp, but this guy doesnt have any finishin .. he should have scored 2 goals, and also, he is a bit lazy IMO, comon boy, run for the ball even though it is not very good passed
del piero (7) - i can see he is improving, saw some skills from him, great finish with confident, but he has disappeared for a period

I don't know what Capello was thinking when he brought in Tudor instead of Pessotto. This is a hell of a terrible sub to make.
No need to hide the fact that Tudor is a clumsy player comparing to almost everyone else in the team. And this is exactly what we don't need in this unusual type of games, clumsiness. That's beside the fact that he was a right defender

Semeraro amaro a fine gara. Il Lecce non ha certo demeritato, costringendo per una volta il panzer di Fabio Capello a una battaglia di retroguardia. Ma alla fine il risultato ha premiato la Juve. E, strano a dirsi, il campo pesante ai limiti della praticabilità ha danneggiato più il gioco spumeggiante dei ragazzi terribili di Zeman che non la classe di Del Piero e compagni. "Abbiamo avuto problemi per il campo - si é lamentato il presidente del Lecce - e non solo. Direi che siamo stati danneggiati anche da una decisione arbitrale. C'era un rigore enorme su Cassetti non fischiato da De Santis".
