It works like that in other countries and they are far more succesful in preventing football violence than Italy. Yes, it really is that simple. Italians are a bunch of scared wankers living in an archaic dinosaur world.
you wouldn't talk like that if it were a juventino who died. I understand what you're demanding, but in this particular case, punishing parma would not be right. I mean, you don't even know what that parma-guy did. he 'attacked the bus', well, what does that mean? he didn't kill anybody. I agree with you that something has to be done, but sadly, it's not that easy...

if it was not intentional or any fan trouble it shouldnt of been cancelled! thats like saying a juve fan was killed in a car accident or of a heart attack. its sad yes but it is a cruel twist of fate. if he or she was a real fan they wouldnt want the game canceled at least i sure wouldnt if i died.

I would agree if a juventino had died. Parma fans created troubles, Parma fans get punished. It's that easy, it's that simple.

The bus was empty at the time but was being used to transport Juventus fans to the game in Turin.

The incident occurred at a service area outside Turin on the A21 highway, according to ANSA news agency reports.

There had been skirmishes between rival supporters before the accident, in which a 28-year-old woman died.

Both clubs announced the postponement of the match on their Web sites.

Their statement said: "Juventus and Parma, with the approval of the appropriate authorities, have decided to postpone the game as a sign of mourning for the incident involving the Parma fan traveling to the Turin stadium.

"Since it was a tragic fatality, the two clubs decided that the conditions were not right to send the teams out onto field."
