it's just short-hand writing, it's much easier, especially for lazy people like me. but i try to type properly because picky people like to complain, although they can understand it anyhow.

Right, I have 2 line ups which I want to see. The first is more risky;

---------------Buffon------------------
Zebina---Legro---Grygera---Brazzo
----------Zanetti----Almiron----------
Camoranesi----Tiago----Iaquinta----
---------------Trezeguet---------------

Putting Tiago there obviously would be a big gamble, but for service, I like it. Trez would have acres to play with whilst our defense has a back up with Cristiano and Sergio. It could get us an early lead, and we could have 2 goals more then them 15 minutes in second half meaning we only need to be solid and put the players Ranieri has started with mostly this season.

Second formation;

---------------Buffon------------------
Zebina---Legro---Grygera---Brazzo
----------Zanetti----Tiago-------------
Camoranesi------------------Palladino
-------Iaquinta------Trezeguet-------

The obvious formation there. 4-4-2 with Camo and Palla in line with Tiago and Zanetti (I couldn't fit them in). This match is bigger then the Parma match so attacking options are required. Tiago and Iaquinta are must starts, they have had little time on pitch and have made a huge impact whilst there. If they don't start, Ranieri will officially be on crack. This is also a more obvious eleven because 4-4-2 is what I think he will play. Any who, I hope we win. Convincingly.

If Tiago and Iaquinta are not in the starting XI of this match, barring any inadvertent injuries, then I will have to demand that Ranieri is sacked.

Buffon

Zebina - Legrottaglie - Grygera - Salihamidzic

Tiago - Zanetti - Nedved

Camoranesi - Iaquinta - Palladino

No more fucking straight 4-4-2, Ranieri.
Looks really well Andy, but lets be honest, we won't see this. Ranieri counts on Trez' first touch goal, and won't bench him. Also, I don't think he trusts Tiago enough, although I really support you in saying, Tiago should be a regular

It's obvious that Ranieri won't field anything like what I posted. Instead, he'll probably use the same straight 4-4-2 with only a couple changes to the side, which do not include inserting Tiago into the starting lineup. So basically Ranieri will continue to provide us with reasons to fire him.

As much as I admire Ranieri's work so far this season. I couldnt agree more with you Andrew. There's no reason why Tiago shouldnt start. If he's performing then he should be a starter.

Well, Palla did nice in midfield. I like him there. He switches positions, trys something new and his crosses are getting better.

Full agree with Andy and Rab: Tiago should play. He adds so much more to our mid than Nocerino. But I guess we all agress, that Zanettis place is untouchable.....

I'm not a conspiracy kinda guy. But this season is starting to make me a believer.
At a certain point you can't ignore facts. Sure, a ref can make mistakes, but this is looking like retaliation. We're being screwed over every game right now.

It does look like retaliation but I think that is not the case. It's more a fear from making decision in favor of Juventus and then being labeled as a corrupted or influenced referee.

i think we would go for something like that with the same personnel but different setup.

Tiago is a must, the only reason I had my doubts is because Nocerino has been doing so much work in the midfield. But now there is no reason as his form really dropped in the last three games. So some bench time would do him good, as we forget he is young and too much pressure would harm him more than benefit him.

something like this maybe, but i like your formation better

------------------------------Gigi-------------------------------

--------Brazzo(zebina)------------legro------Grygera-----------Brazzo(molinaro)

--------camo-----------------tiago--------------zanetti------------neddy(palla)-----

-----------------------------Trezi-----------------Iaquinta---------------------------

if we play with the same workrate as the parma game we will get eaten alive as Palermo are a very hard working side and good technically. We need to match in the midfield and the back first then we can beat them imo.

also either zebina or brazzo should be on the RB as grygera, as good as he is defensively we simply cannot afford that as the support from the full backs is essential.

Does any1 know if we are playing any friendly's in between now and the Palermo match?

For palermo, i think the inform midfield of Zanetti, Tiago & Camo with Trez up front supported by Palla & Iaquinta, i think that would wonders.. Del Piero is obviously warranting a place on the bench as to is Nocerino

Thast exatly how I would play it.
Paalla is much beeter than Neddy offensivly & bring some pace & creativity but on the other hand he doesnt have a clue deffensivly coz he is not a real winger so against Palermo I'd play Neddy.

Legro_Grygera,we will definitly suffer in this match.
