we played very well and tiago brought something fresh to the midfeild, ranieri took some risks which is very good. the 3 man defence worked very well. then bringing on the trident was a great desicion. beautiful play for the goal. once again del piero with the beautiful assist and iaquinta provided the calm finish.

Huge win for us with Milan losing, i was hoping that Genoa would do us a favor but Mutu tore them limb to limb.

Anyway we need a positive result in mid week against Empoli to consolidate this lead or all the hard work from last night would've gone in vain.

The boy did good last night. Some of the tackles were incredible - Just when you thought, oh shit! he left it too late & he is going to chop the legs off the opponent comes a super clean incredible tackle from Sissoko leaving the opponent wondering what hit them. Sometimes he takes the first touch too long & has some misguided passes but am so glad he offers so much more than Nocerino.
And coming to Nocerino. Why is the kid not progressing? He seems to get worse & worse even though he is played at the wrong position am starting to think that it is a mental thing. Is it that Ranieri does not to know how to manage players or has the kid lost his confidence?

I told you guys how good Sissoko is. You just need to give player time to adjust and this is for Tiago also. Did you guy notice that Sissoko's passing improved already?

I think Tiago yesterday had a great game also. He showed some quality football and he also won some good balls so that is very good since his game usually is free role in midfield so he can give that final pass or assist.

The problem i see is in attack. We ain't scoring much. We deffinatly need fresh strikers next season cause we cannot rely on Delpiero or Iaquinta everytime. Trezeguet is never consistent and for him to score you need to give him the ball exactly on his head or toe which is not good.

Forza Juve

Tiago started out slow as expected as his confidence was so low but got himself together & made a promising appearance. Could do well to keep simple for the next 5 games & am sure he will show his real worth. One thing he always did previously & did yesterday at the beginning was whenever he got the ball he immediately turned towards our defence but as the match progressed he started getting the rythm & started attacking - Liked the fact that he attempted that shot - a scorcher it was too. Am just hoping his confidence grows.

I didn't see him doing that yesterday. He only was facing defence when he was picking the balls from them to start the attack. Sometimes it was him and sometimes Sissoko which is exactly the way it should be. An attack has to be built that way.
