I'm very satisfied with our results and i thank the coach and our players for that, but i can't be more disappointed from the way we play.

This is worse than Capello, it really is. Back then we had great defense and especially great defensive midfield that hardly ever allowed to be outplayed and to lose posession. Now we allow teams like Cagliari and Genoa to have all the posession they want, while our game play is still the same and we use the long balls more than anything.
And our creativity~ back in 2005 we weren't a joy to watch, but at least we had strong defensive play that allowed the fullbacks to go safely forward and give more useful balls to Trez, we had two magicians in attack, Zlatan and younger and much more fit Del Piero, we had younger Nedved and we had the only creative midfielder Camoranesi who, although 2 years older, is still my last hope to see some beautiful football this year.
I know that Pretty Football and Capelo don't go together, but as impossible as it sounds, our game in Capello time was more attractive and prettier than our play today, under Ranieri.

Why is everyone moaning and complaining???

Did we even thought we'd be in 2nd place so far behind the leader with only 3points diff? Did anyone thought we'd be in this place with this squad? Why is everyone bitching about our performances and display when they already know that we just got back from a difficult year and it takes time to return to the old Juventus.

Why everyone keep bitching about Del Piero and Nedved? Why everyone keep bitching about this and that? Why everyone keep comparing Ranieri's squad to Capello?? and not taking into consideration that what Ranieri has isn't and can't be compared to that idiot Capello, yet he's achieving and playing better football than Capello.

Stop moaning about everything and enjoy the position we're in. Being spoiled fans isn't always good.

Molinaro Thanks Buffon

Juventus defender Cristian Molinaro has thanked Gianluigi Buffon after the goalkeeper spared the youngster’s blushes during last night’s win over Genoa.

“Luckily, we have the best goalkeeper in the world,” said a relieved Molinaro.
Lol, that quite sums it up.

This is what i moan about.
I said that i'm very satisfied from our results and hats off to Ranieri for achieving this with the squad he has at his disposal.
But what you say is not true. We don't play better football than we did under Capello and Ranieri is not achieving more than Capello.
No one expects him to achieve more than Capello and that's ok, but i really dislike the fact that we play uglier football than we did under Capello. I didn't think it can get more ugly than that.

Ugly football:good results , i accept that. We're not in position to chose. But i'm affraid that we don't have the players to continiously get good results by playing ugly football.

Thats the point, Ranieri's squad can't be compared to any Juve's squad since probably god knows when. It's very weak squad if you compare it to others yet he's doing a great job so far.

I really wonder if capello could handle this squad and take it the way Ranieri is doing.

Smehow,u have a good point.
But look at the players under Ranieri'sdisposal,he cant playgood football with these kind of players.
The big mistake was made in the transfer market,we put our money on Andrade,Almiron,Tiago & Criscito & look what they did to our team:rolleyes: .

Again Ranieri is doing a great job with the players he has & he knows their potential very good, aside from the tiagocase I dont think Ranieri could have handeled anything better than this.

A serious & smart work in the transfer market next summer must be done in order to return a Big Team once more.

Capello had 9 World Cup finalists + Neddy,Zlatan & Emerson(maybe the best squad ever) & he couldnt get past the 1/4final of the CL so.....

Ranieri isn't the best coach around, and he's not my fav coach and I don't like him that much TBH nor I dislike him... I know he's treating Tiago unfairly but we're talking about our position so far. And I think he's doing good till now.

This Juve squad is not like the very strong ones we've had so I dont c y Ranieri should b said to b screwing up. When we win - its not entertaining enough - when we lose - all hell breaks lose. Its like the Real Madrid management who still think they r in the days where madrid was a marauding machine and keep demanding entertaining victories when the man power they have isnt as super as it was then.

Under Capello's 2 year stint - I recall playing 4-3-3 only once (against Udinese) but with Claudio theres been more hope of actually implementing it so the dude is at least TRYING to entertain here and there

Gigli also commented once again on the renewal of Alessandro Del Piero’s contract at the club. The Golden Boy put in a sublime performance last night, scoring the winner, against Genoa.

The renewal of Del Piero? Everyone is a winner. There is not a single individual who comes out of this better off than anyone else,” the President concluded.

Actually, this is what i moan about. Ranieri's fault is that he didn't get more creative players or that he's not using the more creative players we bought.

But like both you and Rab said, since the results are good we don't have much rights to complain.
I'm not attacking anyone. I'm just disappointed that we play ugly football. We all hoped Capello's football is a history and now we're experiencing a deja vu.

It's an off, crazy season though. I guess i'll have to shut up and enjoy the good results.
But we better change something next year.
