Here`s one from Gazzetta.

4-3-3

Buffon
Grygera
Legrottaglie
Chiellini
Molinaro
Nocerino
Zanetti
Nedved
Del Piero
Trezeguet
Palladino
 :(
1st of all I think it will be a mistake playing 4_3_3 against Genoa,& if Ranieri is putting Palladino as a wing, then he is repeating his mistakes.
2nd of all,if Tiago didnt start this one, then Ranieri has some personel prolems with the guy & he will surely be leaving in january.

But Gazetta hasnt made one pre-match formation right from the beginnig of the season.
As usual Ranieri will surprise us all.

I'm agreeing about Tiago. Any player who can be influential in 3 different countries is clearly adaptable. He needs playing time. He will become great at Juve too.

I would be really surprised and even a bit disappointed if Tiago started the game. It means that the coach's personality isn't very strong and every player can go into the media and have a cry with the result being a start.

This is the only game where i think he should be on the bench as a disciplinary measure.

  I don't think I've ever disagreed with you so strongly. In my opinion, I think you're agreeing with Ranieri a little too much.

I'm not sure if he will become a great, but Tiago does need playing time to feel like a part of this team. It's absurd he hasn't received any, no matter what anybody says. People like Dominic said Sneijder is a mediocre footballer just like he states with Tiago, but as anybody has observed Sneijder has performed exceptionally well at Real with all sorts of goals. Tiago has been a fan favorite at Chelsea and Lyon respectively.

Now is that just a fluke or reality? I think too many people here pass judgements on foreign players a little too soon without them knowing anything about said players. But as the saying goes, what goes around comes around and you have these people who don't give people a chance and throw them away, much like Ranieri is doing right now if he doesn't field Tiago. The latter is easily one of the most professional players I've witnessed.

Sneijder's still a mediocre football player. Tiago's not though. And I think Dominic knows Sneijder a wee bit better than you do.

Either way, it's going to be difficult for Tiago to recover. I said it the first of September: if a player isn't playing by November, he's never going to be a true part of the team. Tiago should have been given more chances. I don't care how lacklustre he has been in training, he's world class and Ranieri should have done more to integrate him.

well lets look at it from Ranieri's point of view, i can't comprehend that a coach requests a certain player than just puts him on the bench for no reason. That rant in the media changes that plan imo.

The club needs to put its foot down when dealing with situations like these. Should Ranieri play zebina because he said he was disappointed that he didn't play after his suspension ended against the viola ?

We all agree that he should've got his chance but the medium he used was not the best and its never the right way to go.

I am not agreeing with Ranieri, I have been calling for Tiago to start since the Reggina game but now things changed.

lol @ people saying Tiago is world class. He needs to shut up and do what the coach says. He's obviously not doing anything in training to prove that he should be preferred to Almiron and I don't think his physical qualities are there either (although that's guesswork).

Take a look at Tiago's throphy cabinet and compare it to Almiron's.
