Paro Looking Forward To Match Against Former Team-mates
The Genoa midfielder cannot wait to face Juventus this weekend after spending most of his early career with the Bianconeri.
Matteo Paro will be facing his recent past on Sunday evening as his Genoa travel to Turin to face the Old Lady at the Olimpico stadium.
For a player who wore the black and white colours for so long and has always professed his love for Juventus, this will be an emotional game.
"I will re-live particular sensations, almost as if going back to the school you used to go to when you were a kid," the 24-year-old midfielder admitted.
"In Turin I left many memories: the first times in the Bianconeri's shirt, at just 10 years of age, the debut in Serie A and the promotion celebrations," he continued, referring to last season where he played an important part in Juve's promotion to Serie A.
"In that environment I will meet again my friends and acquaintances, with whom I kept very good rapports. Not only football, but also friendship and respect," declared Paro.
