Maybe it's a bit early for Camoranesi to start. Your three men in midfield will be there but Nedved can start instead of Camoranesi just behind the strikers making it a 4-3-1-2.

Camoranesi can come in later in the game and he can replace several of the starters giving options depending on the result.
