There's no goal difference in Serie A, it's a 2-legged playoff should 2 teams be level at the end.

Not sure what the hell they'd do if 3 teams were level though :D

that cap went to sub Nedved and the fans are like clapping for ferrara and like ignoring Nedved for his contributions to the match which i think was good and some members here just think it wasn't good enough.... :rolleyes:

But don't you think Ferrara deserve all this clapping, it's not a big deal if the fans ignored Nedved for once.

Actually it's not only for first place. If for instance Udinese and Sampdoria were tied on fourth place (= Champions League) they will have to play a playoff as well.

And if three or more teams are tied the two with the best goal difference are through. But that has never happened in the history of Serie A.

Thats a point, i wonder what the authorities would do if there were three teams on equal points :cool:..id go goal difference anyway:dontcare:
