Disgusting stuff from fans and the media. They just can't take Juventus winning, they always rely on the same old excuse. Bunch of morons.

Maybe a draw was a more fair result but shit happens, if you think Juventus is cheating...just...:sergio:

Totti:

“It’s a huge shame after a good performance,”

“We came to Turin to play our game, but you saw what happened and that affected the match.

“For years the same old incidents keep happening. I don’t know if we were beaten by referees, but we certainly were not beaten by Juventus tonight.

“Yes, we are angry, but also aware we are a great team and must lift our heads straight away.

“This was a match we really cared about, but Juventus ought to have their own League, as by hook or by crook they always win.

“Are we back to the same doubts? I am not the only one saying this, as these are things everyone in Italy should discuss.

“With Juventus when there is any doubt whatsoever, it’s always a penalty. I have to stop now, as if I keep talking then I’ll get suspended.”

Jesus fucking christ. Is it possible to be this butthurt and unprofessional?

Roma was beaten fair and square.

Penalty incident no. 1: The wall was ordered to be 1 metre inside the box, Maicon took a big leap out and jumped and handled the ball, on the line. Clear penalty. Even if it had been outside of the box (which it wasn't), he's not allowed to jump out from where he was ordered to be; namely inside the box. This was a clear-cut penalty, no reason to even debate it.

Penalty incident no.2: Not as clear-cut as the first, but the rules state that if you clip a player on the line of the 16 yard box, it's a penalty. Referees have to make decisions right then and there and don't have the benefit of watching replays etc. To me it looked as though Pogba was on the line when he was fouled, and I had to inspect it several times. Imagine then how difficult it must've been for Rocchi.

3rd goal: It's completely laughable to claim that this goal should've been ruled out. Vidal was in an offside position, but did not interfere with the play. The goal is therefore valid as fuck, and it would've been a refereeing scandal had it been disallowed.

Oh, and Totti, did you forget that Marchisio was fouled inside the area in the first half and that the Roma player should've been sent off for that? And how is this "Calciopoli" when Roma was awarded a penalty immediately after we did? And who had the bigger chances? Tevez came very close to scoring in open-play in the first half when the Roma defender threw himself in front of his shot, and Morata hit the crossbar with a superb header. Roma did not create any such chances. Yes, you were defeated by Juventus tonight. Now go cry some more.

Roma is a mid table club with a classless 'bandiera'.

I hope Totti is fined and/or suspended. That's complete slander and he should be punished.
