Nah you can't...as they get close to one another chiellini raises his left and lukaku his right hand as they contact, then as the cross comes in lukaku raises his left hand and is pushing on chiellini and making him lose balance.. the referee only saw the shirt grab by Chiellini because it was visible and in the front in view of camera and lukaku push was concealed in the back and not as obvious.
