Maybe, but if there is anything I've learned from the coaching changes its that new coaches tend to be against big changes from the start. Pirlo has also hinted at that himself.

New coach, new season. The boys had all pre-season to merit a starting place and Pirlo chose accordingly.

Pirlo was brought in to do something different than Sarri did, not to study Sarri's season and act as if it's how it's going to be.

lol poor Ramsey is one of those guys who will get the Tuz hate no matter what he does. Dude has been decent in most games he featured in last season and definitely wasn't "crap" in that Novara friendly.

If you want to point out a limitation of Ramsey, just talk about his fitness levels and injuries. In terms of quality, he's been decent and offered way more offensively than the rest of our midfield last season.
