Interesting argument as to what strikers to play.
First, I'm going to assume Juve will start by playing 3-5-2, rather than 4-3-3.
Ordinarily against a back three, such as Napoli's, I would play one genuine striker at most. That leads to either being able to completely dominate the midfield or at least one of the back three having to step forward to close the space and disturb the shape of the team.
Juve did that very well in Naples in the second half when Vucinic basically played trequartista and Aronica stepped out of the defensive line causing confusion.
With that in mind my inclination would probably be to start with Del Piero and Vucinic to try to drag Napoli out of shape.
However, with Napoli's weakness at set-pieces, I could be tempted to go with a more powerful front pairing to try to put them under as much pressure as possible, because they are not a tall side, so I could see the value, from that point of view, of starting with at least one of Borriello and Matri.
Still, my first choice would be to play 4-3-3, probably with Vucinic and Pepe playing off of Del Piero.
Fiorentina tactically destroyed Napoli in Naples earlier this year (game finished 0-0) playing 4-3-3 with Vargas and Cerci playing off Jovetic. Jovetic would drop into space and drag a CB out, while Vargas and Cerci ran into space down the side and in behind the CBs on the side of the back three.
It caused chaos and made Napoli change to 4-4-2 to close the space down the sides of their back three. The change to 4-4-2 knocked Napoli out of their own rythm, though, and they rarely threatened during the game.
Get Del Piero to drop into space between defence and midfield so that a CB follows him (probably Cannavaro) and then get Vucinic and Pepe attacking the space on the flanks.
Even if it doesn't create a lot, it is likely to force Napoli to keep their wingbacks quite deep and limit their own attacking threat.
The only thing with playing 4-3-3 is that Vidal or Marchisio needs to play deep because I wouldn't trust Pirlo to close down Hamsik.
Juve also need to keep in mind the trouble they had in Naples when Hamsik pretty much marked Pirlo out of the game for large periods. Marchisio and Vidal, therefore, should be prepare to drop deep and share to ball-playing burden with Pirlo so that Juve don't get stuck in their own half just because Pirlo can't find space.
Say what you want about the quality of Serie A, but other leagues just don't have games that produce this sort of interesting tactical confrontation.
