Dybala MOTM. His performance tonight explains why Max uses Pjanic the way he does and doesn't really need him higher upfront. The problem is that while Pjanic always does exactly what he's asked to do, Dybala often fails to show what he showed in this game. But if (and there already have been a lot of these "ifs" for Paolo, unfortunately) he continues to play like this, Max's Juventus will finally play like they've been playing in Max's head for a long time: Miralem is responsible for strategy, Paolo is responsible for creativity.

It's true. There was an instance where Matuidi took himself out of midfield to check on a Chievo player he wrecked. And Dybala sprinted straight into his own box to help Rugani defend a dangerous attack. I was very impressed by that.
Yeah. What the heck was Matuidi thinking there. Just checked out of the match completely. Must have been expecting a whistle or something.
