Sebastian Giovinco: Had 12 shots tonight; 11 more than Cesena and more than any other player in a game in Europe's top 5 leagues this season
reminds me to barcelona getting smashed 0-4 when xavi replied "but we had 67% possession of the ball".

Its good he was lively, but so many shots and not scoring...

Sign of competition. They will push us hard again with no lube.
They have luck in two games.First game they won 1-0 in the last minutes and today also. But also last year we have such games ,Udinese at home for example 92 minute Llorente. We will see how rhey will continue the leaque. It will be very interesting how Allegri will establish a tactic against them.Off topic I know.Sorry.

Was much better than I expected but come on...it was fucking Cesena and (except Leali) they were even more terrible than usual. Let's not overrate this guy now.

I'm different now.

How deep?
I needed to take in carbs halfway like last week's day two. I normally never ever need to do that.
Took me like 10 minutes to deload my deadliftbar, i was that smashed. hence i even saw a female based soap with the misses for 30 mins when i got home cause i had to sit down.

But its the last week in wich i do smolov squat+bench on the same day as ed coan deadlift routine. I'm happy i managed to nail the routines so far.

Good game, again totally dominated from start to finish. Great to see King Arturo open his account for the season. Wonderful performance from Gio, deserved a goal - showed plenty of drive and determination, loved his showing tonight. Llorente badly out of form, needs to see the bench soon I think. Our defence were obviously barely tested, but I see Ogbonna has been improving with almost every performance lately, looks a lot more confident and assured.

Now onto a tougher game against Atalanta away from home.
