Well I think we should rotate in both games tbh. We play Cesena, they're a very poor side - we definitely should rotate a little bit. Tevez should sit out some minutes in both matches tbh (sub off a bit earlier if possible). We shouldn't risk burning him out and we should be able to see some alternatives. Coman getting some minutes vs Cesena and Atalanta would be dope even if he gets on from the bench. Morata, Romulo and Evra should get their time too. Vidal should be allowed to play some minutes too - he needs to gain continuity, so far he didn't.

Cesena and Atalanta are exactly those kind of matches where you want to rotate a little bit. This season we have decent options on the bench and I hope Allegri uses those.

Another thing pointing out towards 4321 is our back line. We have only 3 defenders: Chiellini, Bonucci and Ogbonna atm. You always want to have one on the bench. A 4 man back line with Chiellini - Bonucci against Cesena should be just fine tbh.
