Usuall Juve starting match of the season.Although we look better than our previous starts.Two things came important to me.Douglas Costa simply must be a starter .We looked more dangerous with him and Rugani must need to gel his game.He was a bit afraid and he needs to work on his passing.He will be great.

20.45 CET on a Saturday remains by far the best time
20.45 CET on a Sunday or weekday, it does not really matter what day it is but both are great times

12.30 CET on a Sunday it's ok, sometimes it sucks due to other obligations
15.00 CET even if it the classical Serie A game time it is a very bad time to watch a football match

18.00 CET any day of the week is a horrible disgusting time and should be destroyed from the schedule once and for all

With that being said it does not mean that I don't watch the matches on these bad times, sometimes I do and sometimes I don't

No, his name is not Kenshin. There are 3 Japanese movies about that swordsman and he loves them.

so how was the VAR? what exactly those officials see in VAR? is it the same like TV/internet audience or is there secret camera?

From what I have seen from VAR so far, there will be a lot of "soft" penalties given this season, as just about every contact is seen as a foul on a replay. But this will soon become the norm so we better adapt.

Chiellini will need to watch out when defending corners as he likes to get close. I'd imagine Bonucci could give a lot away because he loved that too.

Teams who run into the box will love VAR. I'd imagine Napoli will benefit with Mertens and Insigne. We should adapt to get the ball in the box more.

The ref did it right in our game, he took a second look and saw Sandro hit him back of the foot.

That was key also, that the referee himself went to the side and looked at it. I saw VAR used in Bundesliga this weekend, and it's others in a TV production room with many screens who tell the ref what to do. He doesnt take a look himself there. Atleast was so in Bayern Munich and Leverkusen game. Main ref had to go by what they said and Lewandowski got a pk where he defenitely looked like he oversold a dive.


Also important to realize every decision doesn't need VAR used. It says in its rules that it's mainly pks, red cards etc. Not used for simple decisions like corners, throw ins and other minor stuff that they the ref team see themselves.

They need to do it American/tennis style. Give every team a chance to challenge for a VAR review when they think it's necessary. 3 per game

For example what if we started a counter and scored a goal?
