Well very few coaches would have been able to do better if they were thrown into Ciro's shoes when Napoli started fighting back. With only thirty minutes to go, there was simply not enough time and human resources to overturn things.
However, Ciro had much more than thirty minutes to prepare for the scenario. He had at least three days if not more. Remember, we have been tortured by Napoli many times and we knew exactly how dangerous they are and who are the players that we need to watch out. We also knew how great they are in coming back after being lead by two goals. But still, we don't have any clear plan to prevent that happens, and that is what I blame Ciro and the players.
Reading the game is important, but preparation for multiple scenarios, especially the negative ones, is even more important. I fear that Ciro is lacking just that. And I don't mean this match. I already saw it many times that he lacks a backup gameplan and a good decision to deal with the opponents when things are getting worse.
Hopefully Ciro will gain more experience and can prepare for the match better. But right now it is really painful to watch us when we are being lead by the opponents or when we lost our advantages to our opponents due to the lack of gameplan.
Well I believe that I would have done much worse than him. And not only me, but also most users of this forum would as well. However, I expect Ciro to do better, because he is the coach of one of the best clubs in the world. And when you are the coach of such a prestigious team, you are expected to be the best. You just can't deny that fact regardless of how much you love Ciro ;-)

you can't have a backup gameplan when you have so many injuries, and that too to players who are fundamental to your team...and there is no way he could have expected us to be so crap at defending set pieces, and the complete no-show by half of the team...I'm sorry but Ciro is not to blame for this one, the players on the field are...they took it too easy when they went 2 goals up, and were perhaps started to think about the game in Israel...a very dangerous thing to do when playing a team that has troubled you in the past, is very good at counter-attacking football and who has a strong fighting spirit

I just saw the De Ceglie for Giovinco sub at 2:3 and I want to throw up. And I already threw up after I saw how the worst thing that happened to Juve in her history (and i'm taking Calciopoli into consideration) tried to clear the ball for Napoli's 3rd goal.

we can have a bad match, noone is perfect, but a team full of WC players should know how to deal with such situations.
i refuse to comment on the match, because i think the players and ciro know the problems but unfortunately there is noone to solve them.
