If Conte is starting Estigarribia this means that he doesn't trust Elia at all to play him from the start. Must be how he's evaluating him during training session because Elia hasn't played more than 45min right?

Yeah, Elia will be on the bench. I think there's a good chance we see both Elia and Estigarribia. I doubt how Esti will cope more than 60 minutes in a new formation.
