Exact 11 I would start. Sarri's style needs to finally click and this being most offensive starters available.
Pjanic's career at Juve has been productive but wouldn't start him unless absolutely necessary. Only natural for anyone exiting not to go out when they know being 100% healthy for new club is #1 priority. Plus might as well go with players who probably will be here next season.

You cannot play right with wrong mentality, this team does not have the mental to attack when we lead
They just to comfort to play defend the lead mentality
We were not go to that way, we scrap play for just the win idea. We want to win with beautiful play
We want to play like how Atalanta play this season, yet Atalanta cannot even beat us. and that is the fact
If we have players like Atalanta players mentality we can achieve that feat under Sarri
But we only have some players with that kind of mentality , CR7 he always attack, Rabiot (to bad he never find his true form), Dybala (he just cannot defend)
It is to bad for Rabiot, IF we win Milan match comfortably with some 4-0 or 4-1
I am sure we will not ever see Matuidi again in our midfield we will go with Rabiot - Pjanic - Bentancur for the rest of season

That formation is more of the same when we beat Inter, with diff we use Matuidi to keep balance instead of Rabiot
and we introduce Dybala in 2nd half.
The most important note against Lazio is keep calm, we always get red card against them this season

Lazio are even in more worst form than us, they got trashed by Milan at home, then lost against Lecce , then lost against Sassuolo, cannot win against Udinese
The exciting part is, they are back to life if they beat us
