Deserved 3 points but it's really worrying that Juve's perfomance took a dive in the second half.
Conte really needs to start rotating some players.

Our 1st half was brilliant (except for the finishing) we should have gone 4-0 up at half time
our 2nd half started badly but was ok afterwards
Regardless of the results I think Conte is doing a good job. With better players we would tear Serie A up

I can't believe many people were complaining about Pepe starting.
Still a shit player. He had two or three great chances and didn't finish them, very poor. One time he even mishit the ball.

Esti on the other hand looks like a more talented version of Pepe. Very lively, full of running and defending, but also beating his marker.

Fuck Jovetic, that guy is too good.

Good formation, starting 11, Lich, Marchisio, Vidal, Matri, Barzagli.

Bad subs and 20min of our 1st half.

By the way I dont understand why you say Pepe is playing bad when he actually wasnt bad at all
The only thing bad was the finishing thing if you take his 1 on 1 chance or if you take Matri`s pass where Pepe missed the ball
In terms of creating and defending he was quite good actually and this is coming from someone who think Pepe is only good for his workrate

I hope he does so he can destroy them again like he always did.
I'd love that too, but he's been poor for the last two games. Would love an explanation on the Quag situation, why can't he even be given 5 minutes at the end of a game?

    We should have won 4-0.

Esti cant control a ball when he is starting a run
He is talented but he have to work on his ball control if he wants to stay here and be a starting 11 material

He would have saved the goal if he was on the line, and he made stupid mistake with Chiellini in the end
You're out of your mind if you're going to call Storari out regarding that outside-the-box nonsense when championing Buffon.

Buffon has done that NUMEROUS times and risked costing us dearly. You don't even have to look back very far.

Still beats a Pepe that can't beat his man, shoot, cross or pass.

"Defensive wingers" in a trident attack can fuck right off.

He made very good crosses tonight. He reminded me of Messi with his run when he assisted for Matri. This forum is full of whiners, even if we win 10-0, someone will come and complain for no reason.

The substitutes are obviously going to be criticised, so here’s how I see it. Fiorentina started off without a real centre forward, with Jovetic as the spearhead and Cerci/Vargas supporting. Towards the end of the second half they were a lot more attacking, looking something like this:

    Jovetic-Ljajic
    Silva-Gilardino

Two centre forwards and two creative players. A lot more attacking to try and grab a point, and the number of passes played into the box from deep would have increased, with an attacking midfielder hoping to get on the end of any loose balls. They were sending up Munari as well. Having three centre backs would have given better cover for that, so Conte went for a 5-4-1. Pazienza for Vidal was obvious, the latter had been running around all game. Estigarribia for Vucinic for obvious reasons as well.

Onto the rest of the game, we cannot go the whole season with that sort of first half performance. Even if it was dominant, it should be labelled wasteful, with the amount of missed opportunities Juventus had to seal the game off. Fiorentina shouldn't have been in such a strong position to grab points in the second half, Vucinic and Pepe needed to be more clinical. It was actually a big reminder of the Genoa game, not being able to capitalise on leading the game by a goal.

Best players were Matri and Barzagli.
