I'll be happy with that but I don't want to see Pepe and Krasic and if we field Vidal - Pirlo - Marchisio we are most likely going to see Pepe/Krasic or Pepe/Estegarribia occupying the sides.

There is no chance you would see Vucinic - Matri - Quagliarella/Del Piero
Perhaps.

Elia-Matri-Quag

Elia-Mirko-Quag

Esti-Matri-Mirko

Hell, any combination of Quag, Matri, Mirko, Elia, Esti or DP isn't all that bad. Creative, competent and intelligent movements. That's what we need in and around the box. Elia/Quag/Mirko if on the outside should be more capable of putting in a good cross if needed unlike the rest of the "replacements".

Quag - Matri - Vucinic

Thats a hell of a forward line. Best one in Italy after Milan of course.
I agree 100%. I don't see why we can't try it. In my response to JCK I listed some others since he seems to think we would never see that fielded (and he may very well be right).

It's creative, quick, dynamic and clinical.

:tuttosport:

I think we have to be on the verge of losing a match before Conte tries this :D
Instead of being on the verge of losing to try it, Conte should have the balls to try it from the start in order to win the game so we "aren't on the verge" of losing to do something drastic at the end of the game.

Come January I'd like this:

Buffon
Licht-Barzagli-Chiellini-Ansaldi
Marchisio-Pirlo-Vidal
Quag-Matri-Mirko

Fake Melo

I haven't seen him play, is he that good? He plays on both sides?
