Yesterday, someone from the Campania cabinet already said Napoli are not allowed to travel.
I have no idea who gets to decide these things, but this letter is basically an answer to a clarification request Napoli seems to have made. Looks like they asked the authorities to confirm their travel ban.
I read yesterday they didn't ban them from traveling but advised isolation for coach and players/certain players or something. And the ban cited today - isnt that just for plane?

And now they're at the stadium? Lol

Nope, travel ban in general.
But they do refer to planes as an example.

And now they're at the stadium? Lol
They're not. The one thing people are waiting for now is to find out whether or not the 45 min. waiting time will be adhered to. To be decided, I guess.

We should have shown some sportsmanship and postponed the game from the get go. I am sure if the situations were reversed we would have appreciated the same courtesy from whoever we are playing against.
