Just thinking that Padoin is a bit better offensively as RWB than Isla judging from his recent matches playing there; while Isla is a better LWB (or RWB, doesn't really matter) defensively than Padoin, especially against fast athletic player like Cuadrado.
Well, while Padoin is a good crosser, I'd still say Isla is a better attacking option than him.

I can't recall Isla really being tested defensively when at Juve, while Padoin recently did a good job of keeping Biabiany out of the game.

On that basis, I'd give Padoin the task of stopping Cuadrado and give Isla the side that comes with less defensive responsibility.

Peluso looks fine when he's actually tasked with stepping out and making tackles.

It's his awareness and positioning that are more suspect.

Pretty clear he's a natural LB, rather than a CB, so could see him doing well at LWB - particularly if he was being asked to perform a primarily defensive role.
