Pirlo out of Juventus-Chievo

By Football Italia staff

Andrea Pirlo has not recovered from flu and therefore misses out on Juventus-Chievo.
It kicks off on Sunday at 14.00 GMT, click here for a match preview.

The midfielder was the latest to have picked up the illness from teammate Gigi Buffon and missed several days of training.
Coach Max Allegri decided not to risk Pirlo and has left him to rest for this game.

Kwadwo Asamoah and Romulo are injured, but Angelo Ogbonna is included.

Andrea Barzagli makes a welcome return to the squad in order to acclimatise, though Allegri pointed out he is “still a long way” from a comeback.
Juventus squad for Chievo: Buffon, Chiellini, Caceres, Ogbonna, Pogba, Pepe, Marchisio, Morata, Tevez, Coman, Giovinco, Llorente, Barzagli, Bonucci, Padoin, Vidal, Lichtsteiner, Storari, Evra, Rubinho, Pereyra, Marrone

Better he is out. More change for a better midfield to start taking shape for a post-pirlo era.

Since Tevez and Pogba are likely to leave too, lets prerpare for the future and bench them :D
Tevez & Pogba add more than Pirlo does, though. Marchisio in Pirlo's place improves our game. :D
