Think there are 3 difficult questions for Conte regarding team selection for tomorrow's game:
1. Who plays RWB? - Isla for me was too in and out of the game against Bologna, didn't cross the ball enough which was surely the purpose of playing him to supply our front men, I think he's been underwhelming so far but have heard so much about him being a very talented player, jury is still out for me. Our regular choice Lichtsteiner hasn't been at his best lately and I think he has got away with a few shabby performances this season. So for me my choice to play tomorrow would be Caceres, in my opinion he should be rewarded for his endeavour on Wednesday and when we switched to 4-3-3 he looked dangerous going forward, which we know he is capable of.
2. Does Pogba keep his place? - Possibly the hardest decisions for Conte to make, Pogba has looked great the last few games and would be harsh to drop him, that said how can you change the MVP midfield for a massive game like Inter? It's a hard one to call and I suppose a lot would come down to just how fit Marchisio is, if he can start then Pogba is always an option from the bench and this might be the best approach as almost certainly one way or another Pogba will get playing time tomorrow.
3. Who partners Vucinic upfront? - Another tough call, Bendtner has looked very good and gives our attack much more purpose and direction, his height in the box is an added threat and for all his effort against Catania and Bologna deserved a goal. Giovinco is so talented but has been very frustrating this season. Quagliarella scored against Bologna and as suggested by some it's wise to keep starting him whilst he is scoring as he is very much a form player. For me I would go on who could make the biggest impact off the bench, and I don't believe target men such as Bendtner do as well off the bench as tricky and speedy players like Giovinco. I don't think Quagliarella is a good main striker so that leaves Bendtner as my choice to start upfront, adding more direction to the attack and allowing Vucinic to pull the strings as the support striker.

That team was great at fouling to slow the game and also rotating who committed the fouls to avoid bookings as much as possible.
I see no reason to think Inter will be particularly nasty in this game.
