With the exception of Giovinco over a poor Nedved (who did well today. All he needed was a goal), what has Ranieri done wrong this season that has negatively affected our position in the table? The formation clearly hasn't, and 90% of his selections have been forced.
If you are asking this question, then you sir are truly clueless.

I don't get it.
Bashing the board, the transfer "clowns" and all that stuff. Andy, you are just a younger version of Vinman. You guys, that are keep on telling us, how bad this manager and the players are, should please show us some ideas, of how they would run this team.

best thing is, that people are bashing secco for not buying in the winter. Guys, there was absolutly NO player on the market, who could have helped us.
Beside this......which available coach is out there, who could replace Ranieri????

Ranieri's formation/squad selection has conceded the 2nd least amount of goals (only 4 more than Inter, despite on paper, Inter's defence being much stronger).
http://sport.virgilio.it/calcio/serie-a/statistiche/squadre/goals-subiti.html

Ranieri's formation/squad selection has scored the 3rd most amount of goals in serie a, more than Fiorentina and Roma, whose coaches are supposed to be infinitely more creative.
http://sport.virgilio.it/calcio/serie-a/statistiche/squadre/goals.html

Ranieri's formation/squad selections has us in 2nd place.

If the above points weren't proof on their own that you are wrong about your views on the 4-4-2, Ranieri has never been able to consistently field his strongest 11, which makes all the above look even better.

You hate him for reasons that are unrelated to our league position, goals for, goals against and squad selection. So, once again, how has Ranieri been a hindrance to Juventus?

Do you even watch our matches? I don't think you do, Shyne, because if so, you wouldn't follow statistics like a blind imbecile as you do now. So what if the team has the second best goals against average? This is Juventus, we should have one of the better records out there. If you knew anything about statistics (which you don't) you'd know that you can't use them if you take out a single case from a large number of cases and try to form a conclusion based on that one n.

We have a manager here that does not make sensical moves before, during and after matches, seemingly not learning from mistakes. We used a useless Marchionni for a duration of about 15 matches, continue to use a Nedved who can only muster a top performance twice every month, squander a useful Giovinco on the bench due to his apparent lack of age (whatever that means), continue to use a system that doesn't fit our team's strength through the middle, continue to make imbecilic substitutions that do not make sense and do not pay off regularly, continue to rely on the performances of Del Piero and Amauri to win us points, continue to provide excuses to the media when we drop points like this is some sort of casino game. The list goes on and on, and our failure to gain points is from overall idiotic decisions that don't make sense and end up hurting us in the long run. If team would work, we wouldn't be losing so many points, relying on a couple of players.

You tell me. You tell me why we have been languishing these past few matches. You tell me why Ranieri has been making the proper choices in the long run if we have been losing so many points regularly. You tell me Mr. Statistics who probably couldn't even spell linear regression. You tell me.

Absolutely true.

Ranieri has certainly done very well under the circumstances that the team faced this season, there might have been a few games where he made some odd decisions. But overall Juve coped well despite the endless list of injuries (which must be seriously investigated, there must be something wrong for all these injuries occuring and reoccuring).

I guess some of you are happy about our league position and losing out on points.

In some ways, that actually makes me happy. If you lot get your wish and we lose more points due to idiocy, then perhaps this imbecile will be fired at one point.

As your mother always claims, losers hang out with losers.

I might be missing something, but where did he take out a single case? The statistics he mentioned are over the course of the season, not just one or two matches.

Individual cases from each event form the trend. For instance, drug usage was statistically tied to the prices at Wal-mart. You can concoct all sorts of conclusions by the usage of statistics.

As fans who supposedly watch all the matches, we shouldn't have to rely on statistics to get a sense of what is going on.

But I digress... some people are conformists.

Nobody's happy we're not winning Andy.
I feel your disappointment. We're Juventus, we should always play for the win and for trophies.
But i can't be blind to the recent past and to the circumstances that led to this situation.
Ranieri is far from being a great coach. Molinaro, Grygera, Marchionni etc aren't the quality Juve used to have. But all of them are products of what happened in 2006 and maybe you should finally accept that, even though things could and should be better, they can't be great as they were before Calciopoli.

I'm not happy we're not serie A leaders, but i sure am happy that we're not doing as bad as 100% of those who follow football predicted when we were relegated, after the serie A comeback and before this season started.

It could've been better, but there were more realistic chances that it could've been worse than this.

I actually accept what happened in 2006, which is why I don't complain about it all the time. To be honest, I don't think I've ever written a long post regarding the subject. But even with that behind us, we have the squad behind us to achieve better results. It's not like we are "doomed" as you guys like to joke, we actually have a good squad and top players in the middle of the pitch to get results, we just don't mesh well as a complete team due to inept coaching.

If sensical decisions come about and we decide to use the team that suits our players and strengths, I will praise that. I doubt it will happen with this manager in charge, and to be honest I don't understand why people want to defend him and his horrible record so much. I mean, if we all did gang up on Ranieri, perhaps he'd get lost and we could get someone such as Benitez in here because of the supporter pressure. We have to look at this situation on a match to match basis, as past events form future trends. I probably say this too much, but it's a correct statement. Committing the same mistakes over and over again lead to more mistakes.

It's quite obvious we rely on individuals instead of the team, so that right there should sound alarm bells to some people. That's the easiest way to describe the situation, so I'll end my rant with that.

I try to keep in mind that since atalanta scored thrice in inter then every team can do it (and again in doni today baby), we shan't lose hope

but it truly drives me mad when the idiot ranieri says before the game "we will try to get the 3 pts" i mean COME ON! its a home game, and you've already lost from udinese and CAGLIARI, you drew with sampdoria first leg, and your whole team is almost back from injuries, what else do you need to speak confidently of winning :/

I see, so you're not talking about casis as in events, rather about casis as in individual statistics.

Although I do agree that watching the matches give you a much better indicator than reading statistics, but for the team to be the 2nd least conceded AND the 3rd most scored despite the injuries we suffered means that the club is doing a good job.

But that doesn't mean that there are no mistakes, there are certainly a number of issues within the team that must be taken care of.

Worse than this?? Are you aware that Juventus is the best club in Italy? has the most fans, and millions worldwide? Look what happened with Fiorentina, they started for scratch, and they made the top 4 so quickly. You were expecting Juve to be worse than this?? Are you aware that we kept half of the team unlike Fiorentina? yeah the half that most of them world champions, and are still one of the best around. Alen you are making a big dram out of this. Of course we lost Millions, but we showed/proved that Juve could have a good transfer budget, but that budget were wasted very badly, Tiago, Almiron and the likes, plus bringing Amauri when we could strengthen the defense, forget Amauri, but we still brought Poulsen. What are you talking about man!! open your eyes, bringing a decent manager is not a big fucking impossible task, and getting better defenders with the money spent on Amauri and Poulsen combined wasn't that big task, was it?

oh and not to forget, we could fucking save the new stadium money and use on transfer instead..
