I doubt that. They're predicting that he'll make it back vs Chelsea in the 2nd leg. I don't think he'll even make the bench in the next two matches.
Damn, i didn't know this. Who said that? :frown:

Two days ago Chiellini played 2/3 of the friendly match and reports say that he was doing very well. Even on juventus.com i read that he's fine and training together with the rest.

Legro is back in training after back pains in the past few days. The defender is in a battle with chiellini to play near Mellberg. In attack, Ranieri tried Del Piero and Trezeguet, but against sampdoria, next to the captain Amauri should start. In midfield Tiago seems to favourite to start, next to him Poulsen is slight favourite on Marchisio

Who would like a Trez/Amauri partnership to see what these two can do together when DP needs a "rest?"
Me, but I don't think it can work unless Camoranesi and Giovinco are in the team to stop us being too one dimensional (just booting long ball because we have big strikers).

I can see Amauri doing the dirty work as he said by coming back and winning some balls in the mid while Trez stays in front waiting to poach it.

    Juventus channel.

He played 25min in the friendly match which isn't enough to make the bench vs Sampdoria. Anyway, I think he'll make the bench vs Chelsea 1st leg.

He will be on the bench on Sunday ;) .
I wouldn't be sad. If he makes it to the bench, it's only because there isn't enough players to fill the bench I'm afraid.

Mark is always ruling Ale out of his starting 11... Don't know the reason:(

I hope he'll start against Chelsea. There are 12 more days until that match. If he's expected to be on the bench, or even start the match, against Sampdoria, he should be 100% fit for Chelsea.

We did? I don't remember that. Who was it against?
I don't think we played 3-4-3 or any other formation with three defenders.
no way 3 defenders ... lets just stick to 4-4-2! :D
We played 3-5-2 Vs Napoli last season at our stadium (1-0) in the 1st half but Ranieri switched it back to 4-4-2 because it didn't work well. We played a good 2nd half, hence the 4-4-2 is the best for us and Ranieri is greatness.

    :D
