The lack of optimism here is troublesome
Unfathomable. The project is going forward, we are buying cheap players that are coach is requesting, we have NT starters from different nations and we are going to meet a Roma lead by our former washed out star.

McKennie as a trequartista when Miretti and Fagioli are right there. Danilo at CB before Gatti even gets a look. De Sciglio at RB where he always sucks. Rabiot and Sandro still starting. Straight arrogance, wish there was a way for Juve to win while Allegri loses at the same time.

Alegri is stubborn ....we will lose points again and he will blame injuries of star players. We watched this movie many times. And its not going to be the last time.

How on earth you can start with same midfield when 4 days ago mediocre team like Sam outperform this dysfunctional trio - Loca, Makkenie and Rabiot? We deserver our faith with this idiot...

If we play it at least as a classic 4-5-1 formation instead of some hybrid that turns into a 3 at the back with DeSciglio as RWB and McKennie as SS then it might not be all that bad afterall given the lack of choices available, ofc would have probably preferred also a Miretti or Rovella out there too instead of Rabiot but i guess he again prefers more experience and height in the holding mid role while as well needing McKennie in the more advanced midfield role to get into headers and be a presence in the box…

Not very confident about it but i also think options are limited, we could perhaps be a bit more bold and unpredictable with the choices, however i’d also rather avoid unnecessary experiments.

Considering how they've played under Allegri the last year +, I'd say experiments are the opposite of unnecessary. And its the right time to do them.

Experiments with capable players of interpreting the hybrid roles the correct way, yes all the way, however for now trying a new formation with the 4-5-1 classic should already be enough, while it’s unnecessary creating hybrid roles and system changes during transition when we haven’t even first got the basics right in the main formation.
