Im with you guys, I never liked Boriello but the last 2 games he woke up, scored in 2 consecutive games and I feel should have started or come on instead of Matri who hadn't played in forever. I wonder what Conte's reasoning was for not playing him afer he's scored 2 goals in a row and a huge decisive one 2 weeks bacK!
yep I didnt understand the start for Quag especially with Marco playing better and syncing well with Vuininc

The goal wasn't really in the air, though. In the matches where we lost pts after taking the lead (I can think of Chievo, Genoa, Cagliari), the opponents were actually dangerous and the goal was in the air. Tonight the problem was of a different kind. Lecce were neither attacking nor creating nor did they look dangerous in any way. They were never gonna equalize without such a brainfart. Not even in another 90 minutes. Actually, exactly the fact that Lecce were impotent and weren't even trying cost us the win. One of our players wasn't concentrated because, just like the rest of us, saw a Lecce that isn't trying to score and won't be dangerous even if they try.
I had a feeling that their goal would come, just like I had the feeling against Chievo & Genoa. They didn't create much but they were really making us work hard. We were making mistakes after mistakes and Juve were giving us heart attacks.

This is going to be one of those nights where nothing seems right, Gigi didn't deserve this, the team didn't deserve this, we didn't deserve this. Football is such a pain in the ass.

I'll never find out why I decided to put my mental & physical health at stake for 9 0min of a ball being kicked, week after week. I am staying up all night.

Isn't it about time that you'll realize that Borriello only started last match because Matri was suspended and Quag was injured? He belongs to the bench and you can do nothing about it.

Oh please! The goal wasn't coming. Lecce were toothless and impotent when attacking. They were so bad, that they needed a gift from Buffon to score a goal. We could've won this game 1-0(like many others) if Buffon hadn't become complacent and controlled the ball properly or just kicked it off. A player of his experience and calibre should have know the consequences of his actions.

Can someone please tell me if Inter are in the Champions League race mathematically or otherwise?!
They are, yes. Considering Napoli, Udinese and Lazio lose their remaining games and Inter win theirs. I don't think it's possible.

Buffon's first touch when receiving the ball, let him down. I don't think he lost it in the dribble. It became a 50-50 ball when he received the pass.

Yes they are, but they have to make up a 3 point deficit on Napoli and Udinese.

Napoli 58
Udinese 58
Lazio 56
Inter 55
