Milan have Novara on the last day. Meaning they will get 3 points there. I'm also 100 % sure they will beat Atalanta tonight. Then there's the Inter derby, which could go either way, but I think Milan will win it.

Tonight's match is HUGE. If we don't win tonight, we MUST win our last 2 games. No more room for errors. A terrible situation to be in.

I think we might have different definitions of the word decisive.

Also, having everything in your own hands is not what I'd call a terrible situation :D

Well, mathematically we would still be in with a shot, but practically I think the ship will have sailed if we fail tonight.
